Natusichka! Thank you for your congratulations! I started to choose the dryer last summer, and started with simple ones and then brought the case to the page with Isidri and that's it - I was gone ... I realized that I only want HER ... I just admire her for now ... I think to crawl out on the weekend to the market and buy a four-thread for drying (for a test, so to speak) ... well, ahead of the summer season, I hope we will work without downtime !!! Congratulations on your first successful drying experience !!!

Let her be a good helper and make your family happy!

francevna, Thank you!
milka80 , I bought in the joint venture, so I won't tell you anything about shopping.
Olima
Mila_zp, how much did you pay for the dryer in the joint venture?
Mila_zp
In winter I bought, the base was 1140 UAH, trays 80 UAH, nets 25 UAH, pallets 36 UAH.

This is the Snackmaker FD-500.
Olima
A little cheaper than in stores. I’m thinking of buying trays, we have them for 90 UAH, but I don’t see any sense because of payment for delivery.
Tatianinka
And the joint venture on which site was and from which city, is there a joint venture now? I also really wanted such a dryer.
Mila_zp
Tanya, I saw you found this joint venture.

I am just looking for a dryer, I am very interested in Izidri, but it is embarrassing that it is difficult to buy, there are no service centers ... what about the guarantee in the event of a breakdown? Do not send her to New Zealand?
Anyone in St. Petersburg bought?
Admin

There is a service center both in Moscow and in Russia, you need to find out on the Isidri website.

I have Isidri for 15 years and plows perfectly every summer, there were no problems
DragoNika
Wow, 15 years is experience!
I will find out, thanks!
svbone
Girls, take Isidriks to the company.
Just a question arose: I put a dryer to check my beauty (so, a little bit of everyone). When they were checking in the store, the seller said to raise her hand and said: "You see, it's already warming up." Turned off, packed. The question itself: should the air from the central hole be hot? I have a cool one (dry land at 45 degrees). I touched the dryer itself - its outside temperature has not changed.
Admin

So, the outer surface will never be hot and will not be, the temperature is not the same
And there won't be too hot air. If you want to check - put a thermometer and measure the temperature. 45 * C is not so much, fresh milk, a little higher.

Drying takes place by running warm air (35-65 *) over trays, and thus drying moisture from the food.
svbone
Tatyana, thanks for the quick response!
And the air is not hot at all. It is rather cool.
Natusichka
Girls, I have a request-proposal. Let's share here who is drying what at the moment. This is so that "teapots" like me and newbies like me do not miss something to dry out. Otherwise it will be a shame to buy such a thing and not use it to the fullest! I hope they will support me.
For example, yesterday I put strawberries to dry, it smells all over the apartment, you can go crazy from such a delicious smell! And no flavoring is needed!
Admin

Natusichka, why put everything in a heap in this thread, then again questions will sprinkle "how to do it, where to find it?"

It is better to immediately unsubscribe in recipe topics, share experiences, ask questions, and so on - there will be more benefits

For example, there are topics for strawberries:
Dried fruit chips https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=83373.0
Dried strawberries - how to do? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=83330.0

If there is no fruit-vegetable, we will open new topics
Natusichka
Well, then and so! I wanted not to miss something ... So I will draw up a schedule as fruits-vegetables-berries-greens ripen and then I will look in Temko, check if IT can be dried, dried.
svbone
My dryer turned out to be defective! Violation of the temperature regime - did not rise above 32 degrees! Today I took it away !. Fortunately, there was no service center, they just changed it.

So advice to everyone who will buy: check, the warm air should go right away! In my presence, they measured the temperature during the exchange: they set the timer to 50 - on the thermometer - 48, and not 30, as I had in the original version.
milka80
Admin, tell me, have you dried strawberries according to the recipe for dried cherries or dried zucchini? I saw a photo, but I didn't find a specific recipe (((I'm just interested in the amount of sugar, because strawberries are much sweeter than cherries ...

Z. Y. I already found your answer, that you don't remember))) I'll try to put less sugar)
Tatianinka
please tell me how loudly the Isidri dryer "works, and 5 trays are enough or is it better to buy trays and pallets for marshmallow right away?"
Natusichka

IMHO: it does not work loudly, at least compared to my previous Bomann, it is much quieter. Together with the dryer, I personally bought an additional 3 trays, 2 nets and 2 marshmallow trays. If it were not so expensive, then I would like to buy even more, I think that over time I will implement it. It depends on how much you will dry-dry everything.
I have already dried 3 batches of strawberries, I still have 1 batch and that's it, otherwise my husband is already looking askance ...
I have about 4.5 kg of strawberries in 8 trays, depending on how you cut them in thickness. I cut about 5 mm. From this amount of fresh strawberries, I get 300-310 grams of dried chips.
Kisena
Girls, after not long deliberation, but a persistent desire to buy a dryer, yesterday I bought an Ezidri Snackmaker FD500. Today I'm testing. I got a box of cherries (a lot for food, it's a pity to rot) so I put it in the dryer and now I am tormented by the following questions: how long will the cherries dry approximately in time and is it possible to change trays during drying, add, etc. to in general, perform this kind of manipulation with the dryer.
francevna
Nataliya, I did not dry the cherries. And when drying, I mixed the carrots and pumpkin a little on a pallet, in the center the drying is weaker, and it dries faster from the edges, I also swapped the pallets.
nila
Natasha, I dried cherries. Only I have Veterok-2.
Almost 9 kg of pitted cherries were dried for a day. A couple of times I turned off the dryer, rearranged the pallets. Only I first removed the bones and blanched in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
Admin

Berries with a thick peel, like cherries, cherries, black currants and others, will dry for a long time, since the thick peel does not allow moisture to escape from the inside, and the berries are large for drying.
It is advisable to remove the seeds, let the juice drain, chop the berries with a fork.
Or blanch the berries quickly in sugar syrup.

Here is my recipe for homemade dried cherries https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=138737.0

Girls, we already have a lot of blanks in the section, see in advance what and how we are doing, and try it yourself, so as not to accidentally spoil your products https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=174.0

Hello everybody! With the ripening of the crop in our orchard, I was ripe for the purchase of the Ezidri Ultra FD1000 dryer. But as I am just a beginner wizard, please tell me, "why and skoka" immediately buy additional to the basic set (pallets, mesh sheets, sheets for pastille), so that everything is rich
Admin

So much has been written about this in the topic, read again

Well that's it! My coveted dryer will arrive in just an hour!

And in the meantime, I robbed the ridge of dill, filled up the whole table with it. The question arose - to dry rather large hollow stems separately from thin branches? What size to cut so that the precious product does not turn into dust. And in what mode / degrees? Please tell me!
The second such a luxurious ridge this season can no longer be grown - it's a pity to spoil it.
lenal
Admin, thank you so much! So I will, I am already separating the large stems from the small ones. Something radical does not load - I wanted to show you my garden-vitamin richness in the form of dill - before drying.

Hello. I also bought such an electric dryer for myself (to be honest, I fell for a beautiful advertisement that this is a miracle and not a dryer, but I love high-quality equipment). So far I can’t say anything (since I haven’t dried anything yet) except that it was made in China !!! Not the promised New Zealand. This fact upset her husband greatly. He thinks he was cheated
Admin
Such conversations touch me - I didn't do anything myself, but the dryer is shit
And do you think that Germans and French rivet equipment in Germany or France? The same Chinese from China who came to Europe to work. They not only earn money in Russia

So, cook first, then we'll talk.Recipes on the forum are enough to repeat at least after them (if the imagination itself does not have enough), https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=174.0

Admin You are very aggressive! Why are you rushing at people? I didn't say the dryer is crap! I said that my husband did not appreciate it, as they promised to produce it in New Zealand, but it was made, like all other equipment, in CHINA. And the advertisement is good. I do not argue. Now I am making cherries according to your recipe.

These are two different things - manufacturer and assembly!

Manufacturer New Zealand (technology), but assembled in China - that's right! Many things are collected in China today, and even of very good quality.

P.S. And what does fantasy have to do with it? The dryer was purchased two days ago. So far, I have nothing special to dry. Only narwhal cherries. And a small child in her arms. Why is it so rude? Have I inflicted a personal insult on you? Rough. After that, I don't want to go into the topic of you, since there are such evil
Admin

What is the question - this is the answer! You started a conversation in that tone - I continued
Let’s be careful, you also hurt me against my dryer, which has been performing excellently for many years.
francevna
klepadysya, dont be upset. The quality of the plastic is very high quality, there is no smell. Look for other dryers in hardware stores and compare externally.
Congratulations on your purchase, let it be a good and reliable assistant!
Olima
Girls, don't swear. Moreover, today is a great holiday

klepadysya
francevna, thanks for the kind words. I'm not upset, I really like the dryer. My husband did not like it. Admin, I'm sorry to insult your dryer. The dryer was bought to dry the child of all sorts of useful things - fruits and vegetables over the summer.

WORLD-FRIENDSHIP-HOLIDAY!
Tatianinka
Good night everyone. So I became the owner of this expensive dryer - Ezidri Snackmaker. We have 1 hour and 10 minutes in Ukraine now, and I just finished cutting apples and started the dryer for the first time. I had 2700g of apples on 7 trays, laid them thickly, let's see how much they dry. First impressions are cool and very quiet. I have a kopeck piece (with a locomotive), my husband and I sleep in the hall, and next to it is the kitchen, so I put the dryer in the kitchen and closed the door, you can not hear anything in the hall. I am delighted. Now I want to make a marshmallow from apples (a lot of them have already attacked). Tell me how to make it, what to add. I want to pour the cherries on, they are ripe too. In short, there are a lot of plans, but there are not very many opportunities, my son is 8 months old, and my daughter is 4 years old, sometimes I just break to do everything with the children and pay attention to the house and husband. So today I cut apples when I put the kids to bed.
klepadysya
I've already withered the cherry - I like the dryer. And the instructions for it are excellent, everything is described in detail. It works really quietly, it stands opposite the children's room - in the corridor. The child sleeps normally.
