  • My comments: I first crumbled the yeast, filled it with 100 ml of warm water, added 1 tbsp. l. sugar (so I got 1 tbsp. l. sugar more) and 2 tbsp. l. flour from pre-measured 500 g. Beat everything with a whisk and leave for 10 minutes to approach. Then I loaded it into HP. First, half of the flour, then the dough, then the remaining flour, then everything else. Pelmeni program. Then proofing until the dough is increased to the edge of the bucket.
  • Allow to ferment in warmth for 1 hour 20 minutes.
