Ingredients

cabbage 1 PC
beet 2 pcs
carrot 3 pcs
potatoes 3 pcs
onion 1-2 pcs
eggplant 1 PC

giblets (heart, kidneys, liver, spleen) 500 g
asparagus beans 200 g
fat tail fat (I used butter) 100-200 g
cheese 100-200 g

Cooking method

  • You will need: cauldron, fat tail fat, lamb giblets - heart, kidneys, spleen and all kinds of vegetables. Obligatory among them are onions, carrots, beets, cabbage, potatoes.
  • First, the bottom of the cauldron is laid out with pieces of fat tail fat. It must be laid in a continuous, thin, even layer.
  • Then there are giblets, cut into small pieces. Laying begins with the least tender (heart, kidneys), the last pieces of liver are laid, and then the onion layer.
  • Next, you should arrange the vegetables in the order of decreasing time that is required for their preparation.
  • Potatoes, beets, rutabagas, tomatoes, onions, eggplants are cut into slices, carrots, cabbage - into strips.
  • The head of cabbage must be disassembled into sheets and different types of vegetables should be shifted with these sheets.
  • The approximate order of the components:
  • Fat - giblets - onions - cabbage leaf - beets - cabbage leaf - potatoes - cabbage leaf - carrots - cabbage leaf - chopped cabbage - cabbage leaf - pepper - cabbage leaf - tomatoes - greens.
  • Salt and spices are added to each layer to taste.
  • Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat.
  • As for the readiness, the author says the following - \ "You will feel \".

Note

There were no mutton giblets. Only pork was at hand. And only the liver. She replaced fat tail fat with butter.

The kazan was replaced with a rectangular shape, which was covered with foil. She placed cabbage leaves at the bottom, which she smeared with butter on top.
I put pieces of liver on the leaves.

The liver was also greased on top with butter. Then a layer of onions is laid.

Then - the cabbage leaf. On it - a layer of beets, cut into strips.
The next cabbage leaf and a layer of carrots with potatoes, cut into strips.

Cabbage leaf again. And then - a layer of eggplant. On them - tomatoes, corn. Then I sprinkle everything with grated cheese.

Cover with foil and put in the oven over medium heat.
It took me just over an hour to cook in the oven.
