I dried the first lots either with herbs or with garlic, now I dry it in its pure form, I just cut it in halves, put it on the dryer, turn on the maximum (I have a Veterok2 dryer, it's 700C) In general, all small tomatoes not eaten fresh are sent to the dryer ... I won't even say how many buckets of tomatoes were dried, but out of 10 liters of the finished product, only 1.5 are left today
