Ingredients

cottage cheese 200 g
butter 150 g
sugar 150-200 g
egg 2 pcs.
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tbsp. l.
flour 200 g
cocoa 1-2 tbsp. l
berries 1 glass

Cooking method

  • In my refrigerator, from time to time, some remnants of this and that are found. So today I discovered cottage cheese in the amount of 155 grams, a handful of grapes and a handful of red currants.
  • The missing amount of cottage cheese in the recipe was replaced with thick rustic sour cream.
  • The dough turned out to be cool, so I had to add a few tablespoons of yogurt (you can dilute it with kefir, yogurt or milk)
  • 1. Beat the softened butter with sugar, cottage cheese and eggs.
  • 2. Add flour mixed with baking powder, knead the dough.
  • 3. Put about half of the dough in the mold.
  • 4. Mix cocoa into the remaining dough with a mixer and put it on top of the light dough (I stirred it with a spoon).
  • 5. Sprinkle the top of the cake with currants, cherries or other berries. If they are frozen, do not defrost.
  • 6. Bake at 190 * for about 50 minutes (baked for 30 minutes 170 degrees with convection)
  • 7. Cool the finished cake in the form.
