Liver terrine with peaches

Ingredients

Veal liver 400g.
Canned peaches 1b (400ml)
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Agar 1h l.
Salt pepper taste
Butter for frying

Cooking method

  • Drain the syrup from the peaches. Soak agar in it for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse the liver, remove the films, cut into pieces, salt and pepper to taste. Fry in butter until tender.
  • Cut the onion into cubes. Fry separately.
  • Combine the onion and liver (no liquid). Grind with a blender.
  • Combine peaches with agar, beat with a blender, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Line the form with cling film. Pour 1 \ 2 to the bottom
  • peach puree, put the liver on top, smooth. Top with the remaining puree.
  • After cooling, refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Cut into thick slices before serving.
