And how much does the finished bread weigh in grams? And then I have a Kenwood bread maker, and there the program is displayed in grams of 500, 750 and 1 kg.

Let's go to study this topic How much we put in the dough - we get that much! https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=123926.0

If approximately: then putting 500 grams of flour in a bucket, you can get ABOUT a loaf weighing 750-800 grams

And I have already suffered, put it at 750 gr. and for a fried crust color. I haven't tried it yet, but it smells very appetizing !!!

but my top sagged, rose very well at first, to the edges of the bucket. But somewhere min. 50 before the end of cooking, donkey. Do not give a reason. I laid the products exactly according to the recipe.

Watch not for the accuracy of adherence to the recipe, but for the consistency of the dough, flour / liquid balance, kolobok!

Prescription yeast seems to be enough, so it's a matter of liquid! Adjust the amount of flour / liquid!

and for this recipe the bun should not be liquid either? (If yes, then I understood the reason for the subsidence). Thanks for the answer.

The gingerbread man should be like wheat-rye !!!! Find a master class on it in the Basics of kneading and baking section, look at the pictures of the bun

natali 123 I am also a beginner and therefore I use electronic scales for accuracy and for liquid I use a glass that came from my Panasonic stove Maybe yeast is not very good ??? : pardon: Anyway, I wish you good luck

Hello everyone. I tried to bake this bread.
The first 2 kneading dough seemed to me very thin and I added a little wheat flour.
I used peeled rye flour, there was no other
The rest is all according to the recipe.
Basic mode (4 hours), size 750 gr.
When baking, the bread rose very much, above the edges of the bucket, I was afraid that it would rest against the lid, but this did not happen.
The result is a "fungus".
But the bread in the end turned out to be very airy and everyone liked it very much.
It turned out like this.
Wheat-rye bread (bread maker)
The consistency is about the same as a sandwich loaf from a store.

I also baked bread today according to this recipe. It turned out amazingly, the roof, however, is a little opal, but the taste and quality were not nearly affected. The bread is completely baked, airy, fluffy, the crust is fried .... mmmm .... about eating. Thanks for the recipe
