Strawberry 400 gr.

small biscuits / chocolate savoyardi / optional
cream 35% 175 ml
powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.
cream cheese 120 g
ground pistachios 2 tbsp. l.

cream cheese 350 gr.
cream 35% 300 ml.
powdered sugar 3-4 tbsp. l.
lemon peel 1/2 tsp
vanilla 1 gr.
good quality cocoa 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Strawberry tiramisu:
  • Thoroughly grind the strawberries with sugar in a blender.
  • postpone 3 tbsp. l. in a separate container and dilute them with 1/2 cup of water. if dessert for adults add 1-2 tbsp. l. liqueur or brandy. We use this syrup to impregnate cookies.
  • Whip cream with powder until firm peaks. add cream cheese and beat again.
  • put a little cream on the bottom of the glass. 3-4 cookies on top. which to dip in syrup. again cream + cookies and close it with cream.
  • cover the top with 3-4 tbsp. l. grated strawberries. decorate with a whole berry. pistachios and a chocolate chip or a piece of chocolate.
  • "ala tiramisu":
  • brew coffee and add alcohol after cooling completely.
  • Beat the cream until firm peaks and use a spatula to combine with the whipped sugar. powdered cheese cream. vanilla and zest.
  • Place the rectangular culinary rim on the dish. grease the bottom with a thin layer of cream and line with cookies dipped in coffee (I have 14) apply cream. do the same with the rest of the cookies and cream. it turns out 3 layers. cover the last layer with cream too.
  • place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  • Before serving, apply cocoa with a strainer and decorate as you wish, freeing from the mold.
