Stewed vegetables with minced meat

Ingredients

any minced meat (I had pork) 300 g
onion 1-2 pcs
carrot 1-2 pcs
a tomato 1-2 pcs
cabbage small head
eggplant 1-2 pcs
bell pepper red 1 PC
sour cream, salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • All food quantities are approximate, depending on the size of the vegetable and personal tastes.
  • 1. Chop the onion quite finely, carrots into strips or grate on a coarse grater, stew in any vegetable oil
  • 2. Add minced meat, salt and pepper, simmer until almost cooked. I tried it without minced meat, it's also delicious.
  • 3. Add chopped tomato (pieces) and pepper (strips), simmer for 2-3 minutes
  • 4. Add coarsely chopped cabbage, add salt if necessary, pour sour cream (I took 200 grams by eye), simmer until tender
  • 5. Add diced and peeled eggplant, simmer for 3 minutes.
  • I don't know why, but out of all the vegetable stews I've made, this comes out the most delicious. So I decided to share. If there are similar recipes on the forum, post generously

I have the same recipe. Only after point 2, I add POTATO, a little later, cabbage, pepper. When potatoes are almost ready, add tomatoes. Carcass until the potatoes are ready. Sour cream is added when serving, each to his own plate. And I love it without sour cream too ..
In my opinion, potatoes tie all these individual vegetables together.
Really delicious.
PS. Sometimes I fry the eggplants in a separate frying pan and then add them to the common cast iron. Tasty this way and that, but tastier with fried.
