Ingredients

turkey breast 1 PC.
salt 2 tbsp. spoons
dried basil 2 tsp
oregano 2 tsp
coriander kernels 2 tsp
ground coriander 2 tsp
paprika 2 tsp
hot red pepper 1 tsp
olive or vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
garlic 5 teeth

Cooking method

  • This recipe is simply wonderful. Firstly, because it is suitable for those who do not have time. Secondly, it is outrageously simple.
  • Take turkey brisket, soak in saline solution for 2 hours (for 1 liter of water - 2 tablespoons of salt). Then dry it with a paper towel. Prepare a mixture of seasonings for coating meat: 2 tsp each. dried basil, oregano, coriander seeds, sweet paprika, 1 tsp. ground coriander, a third of a teaspoon of hot red pepper. Add 2 tbsp to this dry mixture. l. olive or vegetable oil. You will get a thick mixture.
  • Along the fibers (just pushing them apart, they will be soft), stuff the breast with garlic cloves and coat with a mixture of seasonings.
  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  • Put the meat in a hot oven FOR 20 MINUTES!
  • After that, turn off the heat and do not open the door, and do not take out the meat within 2 hours !!!
  • Do your own business, you can even leave the house - the meat will be cooked without your participation.
  • Juicy, aromatic, moderately salty, and most importantly - no problems during cooking.
