yes, from a book in proportions 2 glasses of buckwheat, 4 glasses of water. I have done it twice already, the Krupa mode, it takes a long time to cook, about 50 minutes, a little steam will tumble down, and then it languishes, does not stick. What kind of buckwheat do you take? the most common? maybe it's already steamed and semi-finished? I see no other reason to prepare so quickly and stick
I took the most common buckwheat. Water boils off very quickly. But of course it doesn't boil as much as that of Galinka_y Once again I am convinced that all these multi work in different ways. Maybe I got it wrong, I'll try again and trace it better.

Hello! Take a newbie - a couple of days ago I got this miracle! I am delighted - I already managed to try a little from the recipes. I am interested in such a question - with regard to dietary nutrition - stomach ulcer - is this model suitable. My mom was interested. I mean that it seems like steaming is useful in every sense, but I would like to know who can tell me what, where you can see the recipes. Thanks to everyone who responds to my question.

Girls, I want to share a recipe for stewed cabbage with meat! The dish turned out to be very tasty, steamed, without a drop of oil - the very thing for the kids! Well, for lovers of such things!
I cut the meat into strips, laid it on the bottom of a saucepan, grated carrots on top, chopped onions in a blender, a little chopped bell pepper, you can add a couple of spoons of lecho instead, if there are preparations from the summer, or fresh tomato pulp, and then all the spices that you like , in my case it is salt, a little pepper, dried basil and oregano. I poured the blank with two glasses of water, and broth, if any! All this on the "Extinguishing" mode for 35 minutes. In the process, I mixed it once. Then I added chopped cabbage, and did not add water. And again on the "Extinguishing" mode for 35 minutes. In the process, I mixed it twice. The cartoon stood on the heating for about 15 minutes, the cabbage was sweating.
At the end, you can add frozen vegetables like a mixture in bags: green beans, corn, etc.
The cabbage turned out to be a little crispy, juicy and tender, and most importantly the children really liked it, and the husband ate it with pleasure!

This model is just for lovers and for those in need of dietary nutrition. The recipes can be taken from the recipe book attached to the device, but as practice shows, they need to be edited a little in the process and display your own recipe. And so go through the branch, I'm sure you will find something useful for yourself!
I cook in it for children and sometimes for adults. Porridge, stewed vegetables, various stews, and if you put the grate as for steaming, then in parallel you can cook side dishes and cutlets, for example, steamed fish.
Good luck!

Guys! I am unsubscribing with a very joyful mood! I baked a sponge cake according to the recipe of one of the participants in this twig! Well, it turned out very tasty, and I thought this recipe would be perfect for baking cakes on a cake!
Recipe: 3 eggs + a pinch of salt + an incomplete multi-glass of sugar (I took brown, but even less in quantity) = all this was thoroughly beat with a mixer until the mass doubled. Then sifted the flour (1 multi-glass) + half a teaspoon of baking powder + a handful of washed and dried raisins. Mix everything and pour into a saucepan.
I lined the bottom with parchment before that.
We turn on the "Warming up" mode and wait, sir! After 20 or a little longer, the mode turns off, and we turn it on again! He turned off again after 20 minutes.
I pierced the pastry, the match is dry. Pulled out: it looks doubtful - the top is white, with bubbles, like a pancake, and the bottom is a little browned, but it tastes great !!!
If you divide it into two parts, you get two cakes, grease with cream and ... mmm!
So that's it!
nata 81
I am very happy Spatzthat everything worked out for you and my recipe did not go unnoticed. And the fact that the top is too pale does not matter, no one will notice to turn it over on a plate. I have already baked such pies with everything, and with raisins, and with peanuts, and with walnuts, and with apples, and with candied fruits, in short, I put it in the dough at hand. Fast, simple and tasty, cheap. In essence, this is the recipe for biscuit dough. So for the cake, that's it. The last time I cut this "pie" into 4 parts, the cakes were about a centimeter thick, they turned out even thinner, and I smeared everything with cream whipped from 7 packs of baby curd "Tyoma" with sugar. Children do not eat cottage cheese obtained in the dairy kitchen, but it came in handy here. Yummy, liquid curd, cakes are well soaked. It is not a sin to feed a child with such a cake, than to buy chemistry for big money.

Thank you for the cream idea. Rastishka "goes out" in the refrigerator
And for the biscuit recipe -

Friends. Share how to cook rice or buckwheat in a cartoon for a side dish. I pour proportions according to the book, on programs the cereal or express sticks strongly. If cooked with vegetables it is perfect. And I cooked empty rice: 2 rice and 4 water, rice stuck on the express. I cooked buckwheat on cereals: 2 buckwheat 4 water, it seemed like it was proportional according to the book, but it also stuck. Does not burn but sticks fairly. I pour a little water and keep it on the heating a little then it will come off. But some kind of crap. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? The feeling that the programs are turned off only when the water boils away and starts to fry. Maybe it's better to cook cereals on "milk porridge"?
contact the service center
I have the same problem, they checked me and told the cartoon for an exchange.
I just managed to get my warranty card printed, sent without registration, now I will fight about the exchange or refund of money
nata 81
Nooooo. I don't want to change the cartoon. We became akin to her. I am buckwheat and I have adapted to cook rice on milk porridge. So the problem disappeared.
Only now the saucepan went on a campaign. Already three bald spots inside at the bottom. (and she is only 2 months old) They were at first the size of a dot and then more and more, already a little smaller than a match head. Grow shorter. I turn the bowl "on you": wash it by hand, with a soft sponge without any product, use silicone spatulas. It doesn't seem to affect work, it doesn't stick in these places, but I don't know what will happen next. I'm worried, in short.
I went to the site where the bowls are made for multicooker, it seems to say that bald spots can form on Teflon with a diameter of less than 1 cm, as if this is garbage, they say, even the coating is not considered a marriage, it does not affect the work. And people also buy bowls without covering at all and cook in them, they say: "It does not stick." There are uncoated aluminum, and there are steel. (Even without cover, but they stand like my cartoon)
So I don’t know if I should bother about this? Or getting ready to fork out for a new bowl? Or maybe it won't stick in the shabby?
*Elena*

On the first page, Temki wrote that a bowl is ideal from Dex 60. Even the measurements were laid out. They are on sale. But it's worth more than half Scarlet.

In our small town, shops sell 5-liter Teflon, 800-950 rubles. stand, universal. But they are not suitable for our cartoon, because we need 4 lyre. I dug around in online stores for the sake of interest, there you can find different ones without coating, and with teflon coating, and with ceramic, and steel. Displacement is varied. In general, what is not there. And if you live in a big city, like a regional center, I think you can find it in ordinary stores. I looked at the forums, people generally have 2-3 bowls, one is cooked in one, the other in another. But it seems to me to nothing, although ... as anyone.
And yesterday I had to cook empty pasta, the stove flew, I had to experiment in the cartoon. Maybe someone will be useful.
ShorterEmpty pasta in a cartoon for a side dish: I poured sunflower oil into a saucepan, poured pasta (about 300-350 grams in volume, two fingers more than half in a liter jar, somewhere like that), mixed, salted, filled with water (ordinary, from under the tap). Do not add water to the top of the pasta by about 0.7 cm. I switched on the cereal program. The program squeaked, I open the pasta ready, at the bottom they are a little fried. Stirred on plates. Not stuck together. I took the most common weight pasta.
I usually do pasta with minced meat like this, that is, pass (fry) onions, minced meat on the express, turn off the express. Then add pasta in the same way, add salt and water. I pour water only with minced meat so that the pasta is flush with it, only the tails stick out. and turn on the cereal program.
*Elena*
But it's worth more than half Scarlet.
wow

Empty pasta in mult for garnish
Thank you! I take the recipe for myself, on vacation, I think it will come in handy.
*Elena*
I forgot that Scarlet is not a CSO so expensive, so the price for a bowl of norms, I will search and buy, most likely, otherwise one is not enough.

About biscuit.
I made a biscuit (according to my own recipe) on the second cycle of the program, warming up the cartoon for some reason gave out E2 minutes after 3 (this was not observed before). But after that I ran 2 more cycles in a row without any problems (I made a large biscuit from five eggs). Only between the cycles I turned on again after 3 minutes. (That is, to the cartoon, after the signal, I ran slower). But the fact E2 was gone.
After the first cycle of the program, Mari 1204 wanted to try to cook the biscuit on the heating without opening the lid. Is it very interesting to get a biscuit or not? Maybe it's not worth driving 2 times at all? I wanted to experiment this way myself, but I was afraid that it would not work. And the biscuit was desperately needed to take risks.
While the biscuit was cooling down, the beginning was writing, now I pulled my biscuit out of the saucepan after 3 cycles I will add:
three cycles are many - the bottom is burnt. I was afraid that out of 5 eggs it would not be baked in 2 cycles. So 2 cycles is the limit for a biscuit. I think in my case it was necessary to run 2 cycles and cook on heating. I am waiting for Mari 1204's answer to make a final conclusion.
Okay, I'll have to cut off the top, it doesn't matter for me under the cream, the guests will be happy.

Tigrira34
I also made pasta and for the first time also fried from below, I began to pour a little more water. literally a centimeter higher than pasta and put a prog soup, only reduce it to 25 minutes. With meat I did it today so I put the SOUP on the program and did not reduce it, but turned it off 10 minutes before the end of the program, because I looked that they were almost ready.
Tigrira34
She made a curd casserole. It turned out to be very airy, soft. the child and I ate at a time. Here is the recipe-1 egg, beat with a whisk on a blender until increasing. Then gradually add sugar (1/2 multi-glass, less is possible) and beat too. Then add in turn: cottage cheese (there were 200 grams), kefir (I took sour cream-1 / 2multican) and 2 tablespoons of semolina without top. Beat each addition into a homogeneous mass. The bottom is multi-greased drain. oil and sides and poured this mass. I put "Warming up" on the program. after 25 minutes she finished. I set it for another 10 minutes. It rose, but when I opened the lid, the casserole fell, but it was baked and soft, melted right in my mouth. To be honest, I cooked the casserole constantly, but in the oven, until there was a multi, but this did not work out even once. Maybe someone will need a recipe.

THIS gasket is a necessary part, you do not need to remove anything, it will not run away. There is still a small square hole on the side, and it comes out through it.

I checked that it fits in size, it couldn't be more perfect. It remains to try to cook in it. Perhaps the modes will not work quite as well as with a native bowl, because the bowls differ in weight and wall thickness, and it is possible that they will heat up differently in the same mode. I'm not a physicist, just a guess, so I'll check it out.

Well, first I bought Vesochka, then I bought Perfezu 56 for my son in the hostel. Then I bought a pressure cooker. Then I bought a Liberty MF-1500 at the sale, then I bought Scarlet (though now my brother uses it). Then I bought myself a Dex 60 and my son a Dex 60, so my son gave me Perfeza home, well, do not throw it away? This is how I got 5 multicooker, not counting one more from my son in the hostel and the one that I temporarily gave to my brother for use (I feel I will soon take it away, there it is practically idle). True, I'm thinking of selling two, and buying another Dex 60 or 40.

yes, your family won't get through the door soon, if you feed from 5 ovens, though they won't be well hungry, right and steaming at the pita doesn't take a long time, especially good in summer

The service center took pity on me and took me for a check. It turned out to be beyond repair, for a refund. I sent it back, but while they have been silent for 3 days, I'm starting to worry whether they will be thrown again.

Hello everyone! I also got a multicooker! Yesterday my daughter gave it, using the promotion, she fulfilled our dream, I don’t know yet whether I will often use it or not, but in one place it was very cool to try what it was. Today I experienced it, I didn't boil it with any lemons, I practically did not have a smell of plastic about which they wrote so much, I made an omelet (I read it here on the forum) - it turned out great, I ate it with pleasure and just stewed cabbage with chicken, it also turned out great! I didn't take a photo, but if someone comes in handy: Half the cabbage, chop, salt, pepper, one carrot, grate, one onion, chop. 2 chicken thighs (cut the meat from the bone and cut finely) Poured sunflower oil down into the bottom of the bowl, about a couple of tablespoons, put the meat, cabbage with onions and carrots on top, poured 1.5 multi-glasses of water (stirred 1 tablespoon of tomato paste in water), put it on stewing mode, after 35 minutes there was a lot of liquid, turned it on for another 20 minutes. In the process, I mixed it once (it was possible not to interfere, but I really wanted to look)).It turned out very tasty! So far, I'm happy!
nata 81
Congratulations on your purchase!
I also gained from the fact that my acquaintances were already highly praised. I decided to try what it is. She was very skeptical. But curiosity got the better of it. I got it. I tasted it. Now I cook almost everything in it. I was skeptical about cooking soups in a slow cooker, and now I got used to cooking soups. I even wanted to have several cups, and then decided that it was useless. I pour the pot into the pan and that's all. Pilaf, for example, is enough for my family and me for two times so that the bowl does not occupy, I shift it into a container for the micra, then I warmed it up in the microwave and OK. I have an electric stove. So I saw the advantages of the multicooker. Another would be such an oven that would work on the principle of a multicooker ...

Forgive those who asked! I was leaving, and now I am sharing my experience of frying potatoes. I poured some butter over the chopped potatoes, and then turned on the "Groats" program. In the process, I mixed it several times. At the end I added spices and salt to taste.
The second time I also did it on the "Groats" program, but I really wanted to get fries, so I mixed them often, and I ended up with delicious fried potatoes, but a little crumbling.
Well, for the third time I cooked for "Express". It turned out delicious, but burnt in places. Moreover, I did not open it often in order to interfere.
And recently I cooked pilaf strictly according to the instructions in the booklet, so it turned out to be a wonderful meat porridge, but not pilaf. Maybe the rice is wrong or the hands :)
The easiest way to stew potatoes with vegetables or meat is there: you throw the meat, vegetables, salt, chopped potatoes, then pour the broth into the "Stew" program. If you need roasted meat, then it is better to process it on the "express" program first with onions, and then, as I wrote!
Everything seems to be! fried.
