nata 81 Oh well done! Hurray it turned out, an appetizing omelette turned out. Once again, I want to clarify, did the omelet turn out like this on heating?
nata 81
I clarify: I prepared this omelet for the sake of the purity of the experiment, on the program express, but it turned off for me with an E2 error after 15 minutes, the omelet was not baked in the middle there was a slurry, I turned off the cartoon from the network, waited 2 minutes, To finish the omelet, I turned on the cartoon again and pressed the "warming up" program, after 10 minutes turned off the cartoon herself.
BUT I also made an omelet without additives: just 5 eggs and 1 multi-glass of milk, stirred, poured the mixture into a slow cooker, turned on the "warming up" program. The multicooker turned off on a signal after about 20 minutes. And most importantly, without any mistakes !!! It turned out to be a normal amlet, not very thick, but it did not settle down later. The crust underneath was slightly golden.
Now on the WARM UP program I will try the omelet with additives. Maybe someone will be in time faster than me, unsubscribe.
Olesja
Hello everyone! Wonderful omeletic came out at you Nata 81 !!!
Here is the promised chicken ventricle recipe.
And so we take one kg of ventricles, rinse them and put them in a saucepan, fill them with water and scald them on the stove for 10-20 minutes, I do this so that there is no smell, and they are cleaner. While they are scalded, we peel the onion, garlic, onion, I took somewhere 300-400 grams, and three cloves of garlic, chop the onion in half rings, chop the garlic as you like. Pour the rust into a saucepan from multi. butter 2-3 tbsp. spoons, throw in onions and garlic and turn them on for stewing for 1.5 hours, close the lid, take out the ventricles. we wash them under running water and cut into strips, send them to the onions, mix everything. Then we add to whom what is more to our liking: volume. pasta. sour cream, adjika. I took Korean soybeans, two teaspoons, provence herbs, lavrushka. Mix everything, pour in 1 glass of any broth or water if desired. Everything at the 1 o'clock mark I closed the lid and left everything to languish. Very delicate and fragrant ventricles turned out)
I want to tell you right away about my experiment with oatmeal. I did it like that. I took cereals according to the book there is written 1 multi-glass and 600 ml. milk. So I took 1 multi-glass of cereal and 300 ml. water. put on the "express" mode. When the cartoon turned off, she poured in 300 ml. milk, added sugar, salt, vanillin and included in the "milk porridge". Ugh, ugh, nothing escaped.
nata 81
And I cooked 6 cereal flakes according to this recipe:

Hercules porridge with milk
Any cereal can be cooked this way.
Hercules (flakes) 1 multi-glass.
Water 2 multi-glasses.
Milk 2 cartoon glasses.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Oil (a little)
Mode: "milk porridge" 30 min.

Just like that, I fell asleep in the cartoon, turned on the "milk porridge" mode for 30 minutes. Nothing escaped. REFINED I cooked 6 cereal flakes.
nata 81
Unbearable.
Experiment # 2: "amlet with additives on the HEATING mode"
So the recipe is the same:
And there is one more omelette recipe, but I haven’t made it yet, but spied: 5 eggs + 1 glass of milk, 2 palates. tomato. sausage, herbs. cheese. Beat eggs with milk, chop tomatoes, sausage, herbs, grate cheese. Salt everything and pour into a saucepan on the express mode or cereal. Who will try to cook this recipe, write about the results.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410I cut half the tomato into rings, put it on the bottom of the multicooker with pre-greased margarine
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
I mix eggs, milk, a pinch of salt with a mixer, add diced sausage and grated cheese to the mixture, stir with a spoon, pour the mixture into a slow cooker, level the sausage so that it is evenly distributed.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
I spread the remaining half of the tomato cut into half rings on top
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
I close the multicooker. I turn on the warming up mode.I'm leaving to go about my business.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
Time on the clock 14:56
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
The multicooker finished its work, squeaked and safely switched to the "heating" mode
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
Time on the clock 15:54, oneaaaaaaako, baked for almost an hour. What is the result?
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
So. I open the multicooker, I see a steamed omelet. But is it not burnt?
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
I turn it over. I see a normal golden, unburnt crust. Already happy. (a child, while I take pictures, is trying to pull an omelet off the table)
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
I turn the amlet onto a plate and sprinkle with a green onion. (specially cut out a piece so that it was better seen through the section)

I taste it, it tastes better than I did on the "express", there is no aftertaste of an overcooked crust. And it looks more like an amlet from the oven than from a frying pan.

I draw conclusions:
The heating mode is quite suitable for preparing amlet, the amlet is obtained with a good dense consistency, does not fall apart, does not burn.
The preparation time for the amlet with add-ons is 1 hour, the preparation time for the amlet without additives is 20 minutes. The multicooker in both cases turns off itself on a signal and safely goes into heating mode. It is possible to put on a timer (although the instructions say that it is impossible). All programs are perfectly readable. Tried it a hundred times. First, I press the heating mode, then I press the timer and use the "+", "-" buttons to set the desired delay time for cooking.
"AND THE MAIN THING, NO ERRORS E2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" - a big and fat plus.
So the WARM up mode is not as useless as I thought. In general I RECOMMEND.
nata 81

Experiment number 3: curd casserole in the mode: "Reheat"
I cooked according to this recipe:
• 200 gr of cottage cheese (1 pack),
• 1 egg,
• 1-2 st. tablespoons of sugar
• 2 tbsp. spoons of semolina,
• 100 grams of any fruit. (bananas, kiwi, etc.)
There was no fruit in the house instead of them I took soaked raisins.
So:
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
Mix all the ingredients, add diced fruits or, as in this case, raisins, you can add vanilla for flavor if present.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
Thoroughly grease the bottom of the multicooker with margarine or butter (whoever likes it), put the mixture on the bottom of the multicooker bowl, smooth
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
We close the multicooker and turn on the heating mode, we go to do our own thing.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
Clock time 9:58
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
At the end of the program, the multicooker has safely switched to heating mode. NO OVERHEATING AND ERRORS E2
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
The time is 10:23, so she prepared for 25 minutes (quite acceptable)
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
We open the multicooker, we see a baked casserole.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
Turn over - we see a golden crust.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410Multicooker Scarlett SC 410Sectional view of the finished casserole.

It tastes good, but I like it sweeter, so I'll pour it before serving it with condensed milk.

Conclusion: In this slow cooker in the "warming up" mode, it is quite possible to cook a Curd casserole. The volume of the finished casserole was enough for the three of us to have breakfast. I think the number of products can be increased initially. But then take into account that it will take longer to cook a multicooker.

PS: I think this method can be used to bake some thin cake layers. For example, for "Ryzhik" But this is still my humble opinion. It will be necessary to experiment somehow. Maybe someone will be in time before me. So I think that you can also make sweet pastries on it without forcing the multicooker with E2 errors.
Somehow I would like to measure the temperature that the multicooker gives out in the "warming up" mode. But I don’t know how to do it. some special thermometer is needed. But where to get it?
Galinka_y
oh, girls and boys, I am very grateful to you for your comments. I myself am one of those hostesses who know how to cook, but for myself alone I am lazy, tired of dry food. I was looking for a multicooker and got to your site, I just fell in love with Scarlett SC-410, and what recipes (I already made a cheat sheet for myself). You helped me make a choice. It remains only to buy, rummaged in internet stores less than 380 did not find, for 360 an unreliable supplier. Before that I read that the purchase was made for 300 gr. Please tell me the address. There is not a lot of money, but I really want to make a gift to myself by March 8. Thanks in advance for any help.

oh, keep me seven could not stand it, ordered.
God grant that everything was fine this time, the first one did not wait, only a week was taken by the nose, since the money was insisted not in advance, but upon receipt. The Sokol store, they were busy for a week, although the price seemed to be attractive, on the second day they raised it?!? Call us back and the Kiev number, they themselves literally dialed and dropped. In the internet, questions are not answered clearly. Foggy and not always on topic. Hope it works out this time

Thanks a lot Pingvinus: kiss3: for the tip
nata 81
Hello guys, I read somewhere on the topic, someone asked if it was possible to bake a biscuit in this slow cooker and if it was possible to bake in it without E2 errors. This is what my today's experiment is about.
Experiment # 4: Sweet cake for tea in the "WARM UP" mode
Let's get started:
I take the recipe for a regular biscuit:
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 1 multi-glass
Flour 1 multi-glass
Salt on the tip of a teaspoon
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
Thoroughly grease the multicooker bowl with margarine so that we have it ready
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
Beat the eggs with salt until a good foam
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
Continuing to beat, add sugar there and continue beating well until a thick, almost white foam forms
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
while continuing to beat, slowly add flour. In essence, the dough is ready.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
But it hurts me, I need to make it more interesting, I divided the dough into two approximately equal parts. She left one as it is, added cocoa to the second (about 1 tbsp. Spoon without top).
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
Now I pour the dough into the multicooker bowl - alternately a tablespoon of white, a tablespoon of dark, and so on until the dough runs out.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410I close the multicooker and turn on the heating mode. After about 20 minutes, the multicooker squeaked about the end of work and went into heating mode. (Without any mistakes E2) I look into the multicooker, I see well-risen, but still batter. “What to do?” - I thought. And this is what came to my mind: I stupidly turn off the multicooker (using the "HEAT / OFF" button) and turn on the "WARM UP" mode again. And what do you think, the multicooker baked my biscuit perfectly for another 20 minutes.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
After that, she squeaked just as well about the end of the work and switched to the "heating" mode (I REPEAT NO ERRORS E2)
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410I open the multicooker and see a ready-made biscuit, but I'll clarify the top is pale, not fried. But they say it like that for all cartoons, even with the "baking" function. So it doesn't matter.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
Just flip it onto a platter and voila - a good pie.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
But our pie is cut through.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
I was so inspired that I baked another cake according to this recipe, but with candied fruits.

What I like about this recipe is that there can be all sorts of variations, and raisins can be mixed there, and nuts, etc., etc., add apples and charlotte for you, so to speak. In general, what is enough imagination. And if such a biscuit is cut lengthwise into 2-3 parts, and smeared with cream, then it will already be a cake. In general, in the case of chgo, it will always help out.

Conclusion: the "WARM UP" mode is quite suitable for baking biscuits. Two repeated cycles of the "WARM UP" program are enough, that is, approximately 40 minutes. Minus - you cannot run far from the multicooker, you have to watch a little. Plus: Everything is baked and MAINLY no E2 errors from overheating... So in the absence of an oven, this is an option.
So don't be afraid to experiment.

I join Galinka_y, thank you very much for the recipes !!!
In the meantime, I'm afraid to experiment with cartoons after the first was unlucky. It's good that the store changed for a new one without any questions. In the new one, so far, I only made chicken soup according to the recipe from the book, stewed cabbage (I made fries for them on the stove), and stewed my darlings.
nata 81
And I have a question for those who have been using this multicooker for a long time, how long does the Teflon cover of the bowl last?

So I'm wondering. I have a cartoon since July. It peels off only from the outside (I often twist it while stirring). Inside - mmm! When I wash, I try not to even touch my nails!

Good day everyone! We were very impressed with the work of the Scarlet multicooker. We are very satisfied! !!! Especially the Milk porridge mode pleases! So that there are no problems with hypothetical splashes from boiling milk, I dilute it with half water. The taste does not suffer. The benefits are obvious.

I have Scarlett's multicooker for more than a year and a half, I bought one of the first when they first appeared on sale. The coating is still in perfect condition! Despite the fact that for the first six months I actively tormented her with attempts to bake, and in general I used it often. And still nothing sticks, only a little scuffs from the heating element outside. But I wash it by hand and from the first day I use only silicone paddles. When I bought it, it seemed that the saucepan was very weak due to the fact that it was very light and cheap, but it turned out that there are exceptions to the rules and a cheap and light saucepan serves better than a decent-looking and heavy one in my other slow cooker. True, for the last six months (after buying the beloved Scarlett pressure cooker), multicooker works for me only 2-3 times a week, so I can only say for sure that a saucepan is enough for a year or two of active use, and then you can buy a spare tire, in Ukraine it is ideal suitable from Dex, and in Russia, as far as I know, there are options for replacing or restoring 4-liter pots.
Galinka_y
I ordered a scarlet in the internet and again a bummer, when I received it, they offered it 50 grams more expensive, they say, refused it and re-ordered it on another site, it will work out cheaper with delivery, this is already 3 attempts to get my relatives. I hope this attempt will be successful, God loves the Trinity. It's hard for me to get it, I hope it justifies itself, I can't wait to try it

Yes, I also make all milk porridge 2 multiclasses of milk and 3 water. (habit) Nirazu didn't run away. And to my taste, too, there is not much difference between what is with water and what is without water. Although the very first time when I just brought a cartoon from the store I cooked rice in pure milk, nothing escaped either, I didn't even wash the rice.

Thank you Pingvinus, you have calmed me down. We seem to sell bowls, but I have never seen them, the sellers say they quickly disassemble them, and they go universal to all cartoons. Cost 800-850 rubles. I don't know what quality they are, but they say the same. Taking into account the fact that Teflon pans of this volume cost about one and a half thousand, and they are enough for no more than a year. So the price of the bowl is generally acceptable. Okay, let's see how much the one that comes in the kit will produce. I don't force my cartoon with baking either, I tried it for the sake of the experiment. Otherwise, my oven is good. And of course I'm delighted with my cartoons. A friend of mine bought an expensive one, welded, I don't know what brand, everything burns in her, everything runs away. And ours is inexpensive and pah-pah, everything is OK. Although I bought mine for 2400 rubles, and here I went shopping, I see that in one 3600 it costs the same, in another 4600. People on the forums say you can buy it for 1500. Nifiga price acceleration what. Count two or three times clocked.
In general, I think the price does not determine the quality. I am happy with this company, my hairdryer worked for a very long time, the vacuum cleaner too, my friend has been plowing a kettle for 5 years, the clipper has been cutting for many years, and all at an affordable price. Now I've bought a slow cooker, I can't get enough of it. We had the baking function 300 rubles more expensive, but that's why I bought my cartoon because it's SCARLETT.

Yesterday I cooked pea porridge, 2 multi-glasses of peas and five multi-glasses of water, on milk porridge for 2 hours. So at first she began to "spit" through the valve, not much, of course, but still, since I was watching, I opened the lid, the foam immediately settled, I closed the lid and it didn't spit anymore. Everything was cooked great, the peas were completely boiled. I initially did not salt, I salted at the end, they say it is better to cook peas in unsalted water, so that it boils better. Maybe it was necessary to add salt all the same, maybe spit less? Can you tell me, maybe someone knows how to make sure that he initially does not "spit", so that he put the cook and forgot? They say the top of the saucepan is smeared with butter so that the milk porridge does not run away, but this method is applicable to pea porridge, will it help?
mari1204
Nata 81, yesterday I cooked pea soup, like in a book, I did not spit anything, there was water to the extreme mark, but when I cooked buckwheat porridge only in milk, it also began to spit, but after lifting the lid, everything passed)) ).

Friends, my question is, how do you remove the foam from the meat when you cook the soup? I caught it yesterday when I was cooking the soup, but somehow it didn't work out very well, I opened the lid late).

Duck, how can I do without lifting the lid? I would like to postpone, and unattended to leave ..
And as for the foam, I never remove it at all, I'm too lazy, then I'll collect everything that has boiled on the walls with a spoon and that's all. But on some site I read that they were removing it (or rather, scraps from it) at the end of cooking the broth. Well, apparently the same as me. And that the broth is transparent.I cooked meat on the bone in a cartoon, and in fact the broth was transparent, there was a little scale from the broth on the sides and the pieces floated a little. I collected all this safely with a spoon and that's all. But if it is absolutely decent, so that it turns out completely without scraps, then I think you still cannot do without filtering.

Hello everyone!

Today according to the recipe and cooking technology nata 81 baked a biscuit.
After preparing the dough, I put it on the "Warming up" mode, the cartoon turned off after 15 minutes, I just like nata 81 turned off "Heating", and then put it on "Warm-up" again, after a couple of minutes I got an error "E2", turned off the cartoon, turned it on again on "Warm-up" the same thing, decided not to torment it anymore, but just put it on "Warm-up" ", the pie is finished on this program.

I think that next time I will manage with one "Warming up" and then on "Heating" for about 10 minutes.

The only thing I will not do next time is to open the lid, I opened it today, and my pie immediately sank, although it rose very high.

By the way, nata 81, I made buckwheat milk porridge and instead of 4 cups of milk, I made 3 - milk, 1 - water ... Nothing escaped, the taste of the porridge did not change from adding water.
*Elena*
nata 81, many thanks for the recipes! I will not bake, I will abstain, but I will taste the omelettes with pleasure.

I'll write my recipes too.

Today, according to the recipe and cooking technology, Nata 81 baked a biscuit.
After preparing the dough, I put it on the "Warming up" mode, the cartoon turned off after 15 minutes, I turned off the "Heating" just like Nata 81, and then put it on "Warm up", after a couple of minutes I got the error "E2", turned it off cartoon, turned on again on "Warming up" the same thing, decided not to torture her anymore, but just put on "Warm up", the pie was finished on this program.
It's a pity for mari1204 that it was not without problems. This means that not all this program works the same way. I dug up a lot of forums on our multicooker, and here's what I noticed, for everyone she still behaves individually. Some in the SUP mode start the oven, it does not give out E2 for them, but simply turns off after a while for heating. I have all the E2 programs, except for WARMING UP. We already see that you have mari1204 and the program "warming up" during baking gave an error, and I baked 2 biscuits on it and without errors. Some people spit porridge and run away, while others don't. Why is it so different for everyone?
Nata 81, thank you so much for the recipes! I will not bake, I will refrain, but I will taste the omelettes with pleasure.
By the way, I made an amlet according to the same recipe as from five eggs with tomatoes. only I didn't have cheese and tomato, I added one sausage. So: I baked it naturally on the WARMING UP program, being sure that everything would turn out OK, I didn’t follow, only timed it for the sake of interest. the program turned off after 40 minutes, and from below it was pretty overcooked. But E2 did not give an error. So guys, all the same, even for each recipe, everything is individual and, whatever one may say, you can't do without tracking and surprises. Maybe then because of the tomato is not overcooked? I do not know.
Now I want to try to make an amlet using the "PREHEATED" program, I read that on this program the temperature is maintained at 75-85 degrees. I think it will be enough for an omelet, although not a fact. I will experiment. Oh, I wouldn’t have to experiment.
Guys, who knows at what temperature in the oven the amlet is made and how much is baked in time?
In general, of course, it is better to bake the cooking in the oven, after all, someone said correctly here: "If there is no baking program, you can't add it." But every time you don't want to remove the pans from the oven.
*Elena*
oatmeal with milk: 1 m / s oatmeal, 2 m / s milk, 1 m / s water, raisins (sugar is possible, but I add honey to the finished product)
Milk porridge regimen, 30 minutes. Raisins take on some of the moisture, so if the steamed raisins are added after cooking, the porridge will turn out to be more liquid than if the raisins are put immediately.
For about an hour, it was hot in the turned off multicooker with the lid closed, it took longer to check, because it was eaten.
(as in advertising: does not smoke, does not foam, does not burn, i.e. does not run away, does not burn, milk does not boil away)
nata 81
Hello everybody. I continue my experiments with the amlet on the "warming up" program, today I made the following amlet: 3 eggs, 1 multi-glass of milk, salt. The mixture was mixed well with a fork. For lack of margarine, I poured sunflower oil into the bowl and spread it well along the bottom and grabbed the walls about half. Then I poured the remnants of yesterday's pasta with minced meat into it (about 3-4 tablespoons) and filled everything with the mixture. I turned on the "warming up" program. Timed the time for fun. And I forgot (spun with the children.) The program turned off after 30 minutes. I thought everything was burnt - but no, the crust turned out to be fried and crispy, especially where there are macaros, but not burnt, the omelet itself is plump as I like.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
I also noticed that when I beat the eggs with a fork, the omelets turn out to be plump and do not fall off later (which is baked and worth it), and when they are loose with a mixer, they seem to rise and then fall off and burn for some reason.
Guys who will have something to do on this program, unsubscribe then from someone what happens. I wonder how other people have this program behaving.
Nanukavak
Hello dear owners of MB Scarlett SC 410! We are planning to buy a multicooker and settled on this model (this was facilitated by the price and your feedback) ... We are going to use this unit, mainly for cooking porridge and stewing. Cooking time is one of the key criteria. Tell me if the time indicated in the instructions corresponds to the real cooking time? For example, the instructions indicate that the cooking time in the "Groats" mode is 20-40 minutes. Is it so?

cooking time in the "Groats" mode 20-40 min. Is it so?
Yes. Yesterday I cooked a giant, by my standards, pilaf with 4 m / s rice and 6 m / s water. It took 55 minutes to prepare.
country style milk porridge 50 minutes, according to instructions (Milk porridge mode)
oatmeal with milk 30 min (Milk porridge mode)
buckwheat on the Krupa 2m / s mode, in my opinion, was preparing for 50 minutes.

Thank you!

I cook chicken soup for 1 hour, I put milk buckwheat porridge for 30 minutes, I made milk rice porridge on the Milk Porridge machine, that is, 50 minutes, but next time I want to reduce it to 40.
After cooking, I have them for another 10 minutes on the heating.

Good day! And we have a problem \ and maybe already a trouble? \. The birthday grandmother, who received Scarlet as a gift, was so worried that she poured milk for the porridge not into the pan, but directly on the heating elements of the multicooker. Everyone is shocked. What will happen now?
Please advise.

Good day! And we have a problem \ and maybe already a trouble? \.
Poor grandmother, I can imagine how worried she was that she ruined the gift. To be honest, I myself once dispersed to pour it into the multicooker without a bowl, and the bowl was dried separately.
Immediately I realized that in the instructions they do not write for a catchphrase that all the ingredients should be put into a saucepan pulled from a multicooker, and then put in a cartoon.
On the problem: wipe, dry. If it doesn't work, change it in the store, but what else can you do?

Girls, help, prompt. My husband bought a multivar for me 2 days ago, I wanted it for a long time, but it upset me that there was no baking. Then I kind of resigned myself to this, having cooked a wonderful porridge with a delay and also casseroles in silicone molds for a couple (it turned out quite a bit, only without a golden crust, but when I got it out of the molds like puddings but thicker in consistency - my daughter liked it). But yesterday I decided to make a pilaf with a chicken, I did everything strictly according to the recipe from the booklet, only divided by 2 (because our family is small - me, my husband and my daughter) ... as a result, onions and carrots and a chicken with gold burned at the bottom crust ((((Maybe someone had this, tell me how to be, can add more water than is indicated in the recipe?

the bookmark of products divided by 2 is too little volume, in my opinion. Cartoon and working on reduced volume as usual.
Meat and I got a little golden underneath, and onions and carrots are put on the meat and cannot burn.

steamed silicone casseroles
share a detailed recipe, please! I want to please my little one.

* Elena *, thanks for the answer. I first poured onions with carrots and on them chicken and rice, and in terms of volume, you are right, I will do the full volume next time (I will have to eat for 2 days)
And according to the recipe for cottage cheese casserole in tins, I did not think so, the usual casserole that my mother made for me in childhood and the recipe by the way, but I determine everything by eye.
I bought small silicone molds for cupcakes in the store "all at 37 r" ... Chinese pancakes, I had to wash, boil with lemon, the smell was beaten off, I hope their silicone is not harmful.
2 packs of low-fat cottage cheese, semolina 1 measuring cup (and sprinkle in molds and add to cottage cheese), 1 small egg, soda on the tip of a knife, sugar 1 measuring cup (but this is for an amateur, who wants what kind of sweets), a little vanilla sugar , raisins washed a little (I don’t really respect him). I mixed everything, anointed the molds with butter, sprinkled them with semolina, put the mass obtained not to the very top, since it would rise a little. I think the decoys can be smaller, it will turn out more tender. At first for a couple of 35 minutes, then it seemed to me a little set for another 20. Then I let it cool and on a plate upside down.

We are going to use this unit mainly for cooking porridge and stewing.
This unit, in my opinion, copes with it 100, or even 1000%. For diets, food is generally super. And milk porridge just do the highest class. I put it off for the night to make it cook by morning and now we always have a variety of cereals by morning. When I cooked porridge on the stove, I always had one porridge - 6 cereal flakes, because it cooks quickly, And now with CF I can afford any milk porridge from any cereal. For a side dish, I somehow cooked buckwheat on cereal 2 cereals-4 water (according to the table in the recipe book) I did not follow the enemy, but I did it exactly in 40 minutes. Moreover, the cereal program is automatic, and itself determines the cooking time depending on the weight of the cereal and water. The main thing is to keep the proportions. so I think that you can do and in half the dose only observe the proportions of 1 cereal-2 water. Should cook faster.
I was generally skeptical of all multicooker. Then I think, let me buy, I'll try what it is and, frankly, I'm delighted.
My husband bought a multi-cooker for me 2 days ago, I wanted it for a long time, but it was upset that there was no baking.
The lack of a baking function for me personally is not a disaster, because whatever one may say in the oven, you still bake better than in a multicooker. In any multicooker, the top is always very pale (unless they have 3D heating, that is, the lid also heats, but they will have a worse price than the oven.) And how many pies can you bake there? You can't bake a big cake either. So self-indulgence.
Well, of course, sometimes the baking function can come in handy, for example, for an omelet, or a cottage cheese casserole (sometimes you don't want to smash the oven). But personally, I got used to doing it on my cartoon. I even get biscuits on it (see posts above)

I'll get along with * Elena *
onions and carrots are placed on the meat
... Try to do this, I think even if you divide the proportions by 2, nothing should burn, only the program will cook less in time. I also got used to pilaf. The first time I did everything exactly according to the recipe. Only I didn't wash the rice (I'm too lazy). So here are some of the rice that was on top remained tough. So, shortly before the end of the program, I still mix. Or at the end of the program, and then I keep it heated. And even depending on what kind of meat to take. From beef, for example, according to this recipe, it turns out hard I got used to doing it with beef. All proportions are the same according to the book (page 5 paragraph 1.1 "pilaf with meat"). I turn on the express program. Straight with the lid open. I pour oil. There the onion - I will close the lid (in order to press the saucepan), otherwise if you do not close it for a long time you have to wait until the onion is fried. The temperature is high - every 2 minutes I open it, stir it. Then I will roast the carrots in the same macar, then I will roast the meat (I cut the meat in small pieces 1.5 to 1.5 maximum). When the lid is thrown down, you can leave the lid on, the saucepan is pressed down normally, the temperature for frying is good. The meat is fried, add tomato paste 1/2 tbsp. spoons - I'll cook it for a minute (I love it so much, but you can do it without it) Naturally, I stir everything at all stages of frying. It takes me 15-20 minutes for the entire frying time. Then I close the lid and wait for the end of the program. It sounded. I open the lid, pour rice evenly over the entire surface, salt, spices, pour some water, close the lid and turn on the "cereal" program at the end, mix everything and leave it under the closed lid for 10-15 minutes. I will also add some when frying, the valve is taken out, so that it doesn’t overwhelm, namely, it is fried, but I don’t do that.

work, XP glitches, the funny thing is that my old speakers work. But the sound on the new ones is cooler, so I'm even glad of the current situation. I am very sensitive to sounds, especially noise. So in vain I bought a cake to go to my friends to check. Although I go without speakers just for tea
