Dear housewives, can you share a recipe for making dumplings?

Good day! And I cook dumplings on a wire rack for the stewing function. I pour 4 cups of water into the bottom, put the grate with dumplings in one layer and forward. Everything turns out OK.

Hello!
I bought such a MB for my student son and my mother-in-law wanted the same - cheap (1490 rubles). Bought her too. They brought it, and of course, let's test it. MV Supra 4511 itself is already a year old, without her, as if without hands - the first assistant.
First prepared rice milk porridge. Fine.

Then I decided to try baking something. I made the dough and divided part into mine and part into Scarlet. She turned on Scarlett on Mol. Porridge. When she turned off, I did not hear, I came at my signal. She extended the program "Pie" with her own, and Scarlet showed E2, looked in - a decent biscuit, switched to "heating" and left. Turned it off when mine gave a signal. She took out the pots and allowed them to cool.
this is scarlet Multicooker Scarlett SC 410

Shook them out.
Scarlet burnt, cut off afterwards
🔗

It's normal in the supra.

Feels like a biscuit made from Scarlet is softer and more tender. They are baked to taste the same.

Today I cooked capelin in tomato in Scarlet, like canned food on "Mol. Porridge" for 3 hours, of course I added an hour after turning off 2 hours. Well done. Of course, crucian carp, for example, will take 4 hours to cook. In Supra it is more convenient, because there is a 4-hour mode and I cook canned fish and jellied meat.
It is still not convenient that the lid opens to the side, and not back, and in the steaming bowl there are no holes-handles like in Supra, but if there is nothing to compare with, then you will not understand that these are disadvantages.
In general, MV is happy.

Good afternoon, uv. owners of Skarletushki I want to say thank you for your reviews and recipes, I thought for a long time and went overboard, and 3 days ago I became a happy owner of the MB. what can I say I started with pilaf, it turned out Super, yesterday I cooked a roast, I just didn’t add water at all, today I decided to milk porridge with pumpkin (many write that the porridge runs away) everything was cooked perfectly, nothing ran away Thank you again

Now I’m leafing through the recipes, unfortunately there’s little time (my son is sick), maybe someone will throw a link, there’s a pork back, I would like to try to bake it whole
Nyushik
Exactly bake in this multicooker is unlikely to work. After all, there is no Roasting or Baking. If the saucepan "senses" that there is no liquid, it gives an E2 error and turns off. It will be easier to fry in a skillet and simmer in a cartoon.
Nyushik
Aha, be sure to unsubscribe! I have never done anything with a whole piece of meat. I wonder what happens.
And I recently received a home broiler. I cut it open, filled it with water (slightly covered the meat) - it turned out almost to the maximum mark, the cockerel was big. I threw in carrots, onions, peppercorns and a bay leaf. And salt, naturally. For stewing for 30 minutes. Then I had to leave, put the Extinguishing once again for 1.5 hours. When I returned, it was already 3 hours on Heating, I left it for another 2 hours. In the evening I took the whole thing out onto the balcony (in a saucepan), and in the morning ..... I took out the bones from the jellied meat! It turned out to be a real stew! Even the smell is the same! So my cock melted that he lost all the bones!
Nyushik
I was simply not in a hurry, and there was no one at home. I would have got it earlier if I had to. You are not going to eat meat with fibers, are you? Maybe try for 1.5 hours, and then you will see the meat.

Here's what a wonderful meat it turned out, I fried it at the beginning Multicooker Scarlett SC 410

The marinade is very simple: salt, pepper, garlic, a little mayonnaise, marinate for at least 2 hours, the longer the better
Then fry a little, grow a little at the bottom of the multicooker. butter and extinguishing that's all
Marina
Today I cooked brown rice for the first time in a multicooker. It turned out great !! so soft, boiled. And while the rice was boiling, pollock in foil was stewed in a bowl from a double boiler. Very comfortably.
And most of all I like stewed vegetables. I also noticed that the error appears when there is a small amount of products. For example, stew a chicken (if without water) - so almost whole it is necessary. And a couple of pieces, it overheats. Therefore, a little chicken carcass, and then add all sorts of vegetables - and tasty and healthy.

Girls, hello! I'm new here. I was also presented with such a mule, as we call it ...
I tried almost the entire recipe book, which is included, I liked everything!
And today, after reading your messages, I decided to try to bake something ...
The choice was on the Zebra pie ...
I tried, as someone here advised according to this scheme: on the "cereal" mode, then on "milk porridge", then on heating for 15 minutes.
I put it on the "Krupa" mode - after five minutes it started beeping with an error and it smelled burnt, turned it off, waited for five minutes, and turned it on to the "Milk Porridge" mode - the same story, it gives an error after five minutes, but this time it got up, and took shape, but was still liquid. I turned it off again and after five minutes turned it on to the "Heating" mode for about fifteen minutes and URAAAAA, it's ready!
Insanely delicious !!! Only the bottom is slightly burnt!

Hello guys, Happy New Year! Respond, pl. those with scarlett sc-410. I am interested in such a question - In the recipe book on page 16 "Chicken soup" it is written that you need to put chopped onions and carrots on the "HEATED" mode AT THE END OF WHICH add the breast. According to the instructions for the same multicooker, the "HEAT" mode after switching on works for 12 hours. Is it that I'm going to cook soup there for half a day?
Nyushik
njuman , and you decided to cook soup on the Heating? How do you do it on the stove? It is not always necessary to strictly follow the instructions, especially since I have found many flaws in this booklet. This means first fry the onions with carrots, then the meat, turn off the selected mode, add the remaining ingredients and water and turn on the Soup mode.I usually fry vegetables and meat (for soup, for pilaf) on Stew.
shizgarik
Tell me, is it possible to wash the saucepan in the PMM? Probably there was already an answer to this question, but I could not master the whole topic ...

Hello Skarlett-410 owners! They gave me too, and as many as two! (so I sell one, who is interested - write).
Before that, I had experience with Dex-60. So the scarlet, despite the lower power, "spit" very strongly in all modes. For example, in dex, my favorite mode is stewing, it is gentle, especially for vegetables, meat, soups and borscht. And the milk porridge doesn't run away. And even milk porridge flew to Scarlet - 1 cup of corn grits, 1 water and 3 milk. I put it on for half an hour, left, I come back - the whole wall is covered in milk and the valve is clogged with cereals. It boils pretty hard. The same is with extinguishing. Maybe it depends on the amount of ingredients - the more there are, the less it will boil. But this is a slow cooker - its main task is to maintain the temperature regime. I read - people don’t run away porridge ...
Azimut
Maybe someone will be interested in Scarlett 410.

I fry in the Groats mode with a closed lid, only I take out the valve to brown faster. If necessary, I repeat the mode. With the lid open, the thermal fuse may burn out, which happened once - a new fuse had to be re-soldered.

I fried pies on Krupa, so the hole from the valve had to be covered with a paper napkin, otherwise the oil splashed heavily when the condensate got into the oil.
Pork marinated for boiled pork was also pre-fried on Krupa, only then everything inside was in oil. Then he extinguished with the addition of water for a couple of hours on the Extinguishing.

I want to try to make the charlotte not steamed in a silicone basket, but in a Kalitva baking dish with a diameter of 18 cm, practically in a water bath. Since the Form is Easter with a non-stick coating (the issue price is 165 rubles), it should turn out well.

Cooked semolina porridge. The first time nothing escaped - with the valve open, the milk boiled in the mode of milk porridge, then poured the cereal. But the second time everything ran away (((The third time I decided to control the process. As soon as it started to bubble up inside, the lid opened and mixed. It didn't run away, but for some reason lumps formed (((
Nyushik
My corn porridge is also trying to escape. Although I wash the cereals well. I also noticed that the smaller volume is trying to escape. I once cooked porridge for 3 m / st of cereals (rice, millet, a little corn), liquid 6-17 tbsp. Everything went fine.

Good evening everyone!
Acquired Scarlett 410 a week ago.
I have already tried many recipes. I now have a strict diet after the operation, so the cartoon was purchased with the aim of cooking without frying and steaming.
When I received it and read a bunch of topics and forums, only then I was able to evaluate what kind of aggregation I have!
And here's why I'm writing: I want to once again dispel the myth that this cartoon does not bake.
Yes, there is no baking function here, but with the presence of intelligence and hands growing from the right place, everything will work out. Rather, I did it. The first time. Baked chocolate sponge cake on boiling water.
After reading three different recipes, I combined them into one - my own.
To anyone interested, I will try to explain (although I did not measure the weight in grams, everything is about ...).
I want to dwell a little on the baking process itself.
Baked on the "grits" mode. I put baking paper on the bottom of the saucepan (cut out a circle). She greased the sides and bottom of the saucepan with plenty of butter.
After 5 minutes, the mulka gave an E2 error (overheating of a sensor of some kind ... I found out that by messing around the forums ...).
Now: unplug it from the outlet, let it "move away" for 5-7 minutes, plug it back in, set the "croup" mode again. And so 4 times.
When exactly to turn it on again - you need to either detect or navigate by the temperature of the OUTER body of the multicooker itself (I realized this after the 2nd cycle, you can feel the change in temperature - cooling).
That is, so I ran 4 cycles (total time with shutdowns - approx. 40 minutes), and then put it on "heating" ... and went to my computer.
I came to my senses after half an hour. She ran to the kitchen.I think, damn it, not finished.
But no - a beautiful chocolate biscuit was looking at me at the opening.
I pierced the middle 5 times with a toothpick - dry.
She took out the biscuit, turned the biscuit upside down and put it on a steamer container for final cooling.
I got a sponge cake 6 cm high. I cut it into 4 cakes. Soaked with cream sour cream + sugar + baking filler (they are sold like jam) with strawberry flavor.
Layered banana and kiwi.
The husband eats the second day - happy as an elephant.
I'll post the photo tomorrow, right now there is neither desire nor strength to figure out how to upload it here ...
I hope my experience will be useful to someone.
I still want to warn you that only you are responsible for the consequences of using the mulch for other purposes.
If you are sure that you have these qualities: the presence of intelligence and the hands growing from the right place - try it.

Personally, I decided for myself this question as follows: Scarletushka will go to my work, and instead of her, a Dex 60 with a baking function was ordered home.
Here I am waiting for her from day to day.
CurlySue
Here it is, my biscuit, so that no one doubts ..
🔗
🔗

Outside, I did not design it especially, because it was completely and completely done for my husband, for whom aesthetics are in last place.
On top and on the sides, the same cream: sugar + sour cream + strawberry-flavored baking filler (if necessary, I'll give you a photo).
Powder - sold in ATB in jars, there are 4 types of different powders, I mixed everything and just scattered it over the cake.
🔗
🔗

If you have any questions about the recipe, I'll write. And so, there are enough of them ... The main thing is, do not make the dough too liquid, otherwise it will not bake. In terms of density, it should be like thick sour cream.

AAAAAAAAAAAAA !!! Favorite gave a cartoon ...

Hello everybody!!! Take me into your ranks))). Yesterday my husband gave me a Scarlett SC 410.

Immediately I tried it on buckwheat milk porridge, it turned out to be delicious, just as my husband asked all the time, but on the stove I could not.
When cooking, the milk ran away from me (((, I turned off the program, opened the lid, mixed it. Then I closed the lid, turned on the program for 30 minutes, the milk did not run out anymore, after the end of cooking, the porridge was heated for half an hour.
I would like to cook something else, but so far the "tiled" food has not been finished yet))).

Friends, can you tell me if anyone made ryazhenka according to the recipe in the book, I love it very much and now I think, why not cook it myself? If you did, tell us how it happened.

Thank you.

Hello everyone!

Yesterday I made stewed cabbage with fish in foil. Delicious !!!

I share my experience:
1. Fried the onions in "Soup" - 7 minutes;
2. Added carrots, fried for about the same time;
3.I threw chopped cabbage into a bowl, salted and pepper, added a little ketchup - mixed everything, then added water - a little less in level than the vegetable content.
4. Fish put on foil, sprinkled with fish spices and salt, wrapped. I put the fish on a plastic bowl and in a cartoon.
5. I turned on the cartoon with all the content on "Extinguishing" for 40 minutes.
6. After the end of the program, everything stood for half an hour on the "Heating".

All! It turned out great! Unfortunately, there is no photo, because I did not think what would happen))).

I'll unsubscribe the same, if everything worked out for me.
I stewed meat (beef) with potatoes.
Poured into a saucepan literally in st. spoons rast. butter., threw onions and carrots in half rings. "stewing" (it's a pity that you can only choose 30 minutes, I had to fry the onions with carrots for half an hour, minutes, after 10 I put 1 tablespoon of a volume of pasta, added salt. Periodically opened the lid and stirred until the frying reached cut the meat and potatoes large chunks, after turning off the program, put meat and potatoes in a saucepan, added seasonings and poured water with warm 7 multi-glasses. And again started the stewing, only this time set it to a maximum of 1.30 minutes. From time to time I opened the process) After the end of the program I tried the meat seemed harsh, put it on for another 30 minutes.
Delicious!!!! I was afraid that the potatoes would boil over, no, everything worked out.Now it’s standing on the heating, waiting for my husband from work)
I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to change the proportions, I cooked it by eye as always, usually I carcass potatoes in a 5 liter cauldron. At the beginning, I took a little less food than for my cauldron, but after laying in a scarlet, I realized that I needed to report.
Now I really want to please the men with porridge, the first in line is oatmeal, I read here from many people running away, I will catch it, there is one grandmother's secret, if I can accomplish my goal. Thank you all for your attention!

Good day!!! Can I join you) Yesterday I became the owner of Skarlusha. I bought it rather in order to understand whether I really need this unit in the kitchen or not. Well, then let's go for anything more .... For its value, the cartoon is even nothing!

Olesja, super-duper unit, believe me!
I’m just as you thought: I want with a baking function.
Therefore, Scarlett, bought a week ago, took it to work, and bought a unit 2.5 times more expensive for her home instead - Deh 60, ONLY BECAUSE I wanted a baking function in the multicooker.
At the forum here, Dex 60 is highly praised, therefore, the choice fell on her.
You know ... in the end, a slight disappointment. Dex's first soup ran away.
Let's start with the fact that in the Dear super-mega unit no Soup mode. I thought for a long time on which mode to do it, played with different ones, tried the manual mode with setting my temperature (I set it to 120 degrees, because in other modes, where the standard 100-105 degrees, the soup did not want to boil for about 20 minutes, while , what poured hot water), then opted for the buckwheat mode, because in the instructions I read that its temperature regime is 105-110 degrees.
But buckwheat is NOT SOUP!
In manual mode, it is possible to set the temperature with a difference of 20 degrees.
At 100 degrees, it boils for too long (I did not boil for 20 minutes, and at 120 degrees I ran away after 5 minutes.
That is, even here - a miss. If there was an opportunity to set 110 degrees, then my soup would not run away ...
Then one more nuisance: after cooking the soup, when you open the lid, condensation flows from it directly onto the sides of the multicooker. In an expensive cartoon, it turns out did not provide for and did not make a container for collecting condensate - like a cheap Scarlett 410.
Maybe I will get used to it over time, and I will be on "You" with the modes, but Scarlett will remain in my soul forever - as the best ...
mari1204
Tadmmm!
My next experiment)))
Braised chicken liver:
1. Fry onions on the "Soup" program - 7 minutes.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
2. Add the carrots in the same way for 7 minutes.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
3. We lay the liver, salt, pepper, add sour cream (mayonnaise), water. Mix everything. We put on "Quenching" for 35 minutes.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
4. After stopping the program, leave on "Heating" for 25 minutes.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 410
5. Our dinner is ready. For a side dish, our yesterday's cabbage)))

if she gets so tired of nothing, then how can you cook in it?

Wow, nothing! mari1204You showed above that you fried onions and carrots for at least 14 minutes on the "soup" program, and this program is technologically unlikely to involve frying.

I have already written dozens of times in this thread that Scarlett-410 is a wonderful multicooker, but there are no "frying" and "baking" programs in it and none of the existing programs can fully replace them, so if you use it for frying and baking, then you need to be prepared for the fact that sooner or later it will burn out or, at best, overheat. And one more important point, the Scarlett saucepan is very light and if you put only an onion or a carrot in it, then this weight is not enough to completely press the spring on the heating element, so you cannot fry with the lid open!

The Scarlett-410 multicooker is ideal for diet food, milk cereals, soups, side dishes, stewing, so it's better not to spoil a good appliance with fries and pastries. I hope that your cartoon will rest and continue to delight you with goodies.
mari1204
Pingvinus, thanks for your support!
I realized my mistake.
And tell me, in the recipe book in the recipe for "Chicken soup" it is written first to put onions and carrots on "Heating", that is, does this program replace frying? Or is it best to do the frying separately on the stove and then add it to the prepared dish?

Hello. I decided to write, maybe someone will be useful.
I recently bought myself such a slow cooker. Since I have an oven, the baking did not even bother due to the lack of function. Only now I would like to be able to make an omelet in it (I don't want to smash the oven from pans every time because of one omelet, but it always burns in the pan).
Well, I tried all the programs for making an omelet. Except "Warming up" On all programs the same thing - error E2.I already spat on the whole thing. I won't spoil the multicooker because of some kind of omelet. But somehow I tried to warm up the pilaf cooked in it. Has turned on the program "Warming up". He warmed himself there for a long time, although he was not completely cooled down. It stood for about 30 minutes, in general I did not wait for the signal, I turned it off myself. And at that moment the following thought came to me: "what the hell is not joking, let me try to warm up omelet I took 5 eggs, 1 glass of milk, salt to taste, beat it with a fork (somewhere I read that it keeps its shape better) Poured the mixture into the multicooker and turned on the “warming up” program. on signal, after about 20 minutes. And most importantly, without any mistakes !!! It turned out to be a normal amlet, not very thick, but it did not settle down later. In general, I'm happy.
Now I'm thinking, what if you try to make a curd casserole using this mode?
And I also think why did it take so long to heat the not quite cooled pilaf on this mode?
Olesja

Good day everyone! And last weekend I made this recipe, laid it in the evening and for a delay.
Quote: Olesechka

Hello!!! I am writing an omelet recipe: I made 3 eggs, 0.5 liters of milk, salt to taste. She greased it with butter in a saucepan, beat the eggs lightly, salted and added milk. All this was poured into a saucepan on the milk porridge mode for 30 minutes. But I say right away that the omelet turned out to be a little thin and there was some water at the bottom of the saucepan. But it was delicious, the kids liked it. I think that the milk was too much, now I would take -1 a cartoon glass of milk for 3 eggs. And there is one more omelette recipe, but I haven't made it yet, but spied: 5 eggs + 1 multi-glass of milk, 2 palates. tomato. sausage, herbs. cheese. Beat eggs with milk, chop tomatoes, sausage, herbs, grate cheese. Salt everything and pour into a saucepan on the express mode or cereal. Who will try to cook this recipe, write about the results.
True, there was a little water at the bottom, but the main thing that the child said was "Finally, my mother is like in a kindergarten"))) And no matter how I did, I could not "like in a kindergarten."
Yesterday I pleased my chicken ventricles (navels.) It turned out very tender and tasty, I can share the recipe with anyone you need.
nata 81
In the mode of milk porridge, I made an amlet of 5 eggs for 2 multi-cups of milk (320 ml), the cartoon turned off with an E2 error after 15 minutes, the amlet was crusty on the bottom and sides, and in the middle it was raw, I had to pour it over and fry it in a pan. This was my first experiment with amlet. I tried the same on the "express" program and did not wait for the final, it gave E2. Then I tried 3 eggs and one multi-glass of milk on the "grits", turned it off itself after 10 minutes (I already felt sorry for the multicooker), everything was baked, but a small portion, only for one, and I was reluctant to keep track of the time. So that's not my option either. It's a pity the cartoon I'm afraid to burn with these E2. Here's what I noticed, she seemed to feel a "dry bottom". I think your olesia did not give an error because there was more milk.
I will also add I fried the onions on the "express" program, the onion was small, that is, the onion covered the bottom with a thin layer. So I usually close the cartoon for 2 minutes, then open it, stir it up, then add the carrot, and so on every 2-3 minutes, stir it. And then she threw the onion and forgot, after 5 minutes she started beeping, I think: "Well, everything is a scribe, again E2", she came running, she normally switched to heating as expected, I open the onion, fried, golden. So I'm interested in the same program, the under-paired amlet turns off with an error, and the onion turned off normally without overheating.
Recipe link for our multicooker 🔗, I took the recipes here, from which I fry everything on the express.
And in general, no one tried to do anything on the "warm-up" program? In general, I thought that for me this was a useless mode, since there is a microwave oven, but no, it turns out to be in this mode and amlets are obtained. Maybe someone else came up with something. Next time I'll try to make amlet with additives in the "warming up" mode according to your olesia recipe, I'll write what happens. About how the ventricles did, please write.

... And there is one more omelette recipe, but I haven’t made it yet, but spied: 5 eggs + 1 multi-glass of milk, 2 palates. tomato. sausage, herbs. cheese. Beat eggs with milk, chop tomatoes, sausage, herbs, grate cheese. Salt everything and pour into a saucepan on the express mode or cereal. Who will try to cook this recipe, write about the results.

So so. I tried this recipe today. I am writing about the results:
I smeared the multicooker bowl with margarine. I took 1 tomato (I think 2 is too much, although it depends on what size, mine was 250 grams), cut half a tomato into rings, put it on the bottom of the multicooker. Beat eggs with milk, salt. I diced half-smoked sausage, grated a piece of cheese, poured everything into a mixture of milk and eggs. Stirred, poured everything into a slow cooker. From above, I cut and spread the second half of the tomato in half rings. She closed the multicooker. For the purity of the experiment, I again decided to try on the "express" mode. I thought the tomatoes would give juice and there would be no overheating. As I expected 15 minutes and an E2 error, and an unbaked omelet. Well, why bother somehow. I turned off the multicooker, waited for 2 minutes and turned on the "warm-up" program, it stood for 10 minutes on heating. It was on the "warm-up" not to be confused with "heating". I turned off the multicooker myself. In essence, the omelet is baked. In general, it turned out delicious. But at the bottom I did not like the crust, it was somehow too fried, like in a frying pan. And on the program, the warm-up crust was slightly golden.
In general, of course, such dances with a tambourine will not suit me in the future. I will try all the same only initially on the "warming up" program, in fact, if the omelet without additives on "heating" turned out, I think it will work out with additives, although I don't know I will try.
Here's what I noticed, if you load cold food into a multicooker, then the heating program turns off automatically as expected, and if you put something hot on "warming up", then you have to turn it off itself. Why I don’t understand. In general, some kind of strange program.
Something I can not understand how to insert a photo here, otherwise I would insert the look of today's amlet.

nata 81 hi! I read about your experiments on the omelet, thanks for sharing and it's a pity that it was not possible to insert a photo ...
