Exactly! And then roll up and shake the jar in a towel a little, so that everything would dissolve, mix.

Well, you can try to make a couple of jars in this way, so that if something happens, it would not be offensive much.

I also laid eyes on these cucumbers.
There will be a harvest.

Lozja, I was interested in the recipe, but still worried about how much to sterilize, no one really timed it. 10, 20, 30 minutes? And then suddenly the cucumbers do not want to change the color and I will cook them to an unnecessary condition.

How does it not want to get dark? Just when they boil a little, they darken. Never spotted, sorry.

I reread all my books on cucumbers - they write everywhere: 1l cans -7min, 3xl. banks 15-20 min. after boiling water. As soon as the cucumbers change color to olive, take out the jars and seal

Exactly. Only in our case - not all, but only the lower ones (I put them while standing). Because if you wait for everything to darken, you can digest and the cucumbers will then be soft.

Thank you, so I’ll time it myself.

Made two 3-liter cans. Already cooled down, turned over. They are transparent, beautiful ... I did not leave the recipe (I even sterilized it, although I hate doing it, especially since the temperature outside was above 30 ...). Now you need to wait until November to try, what happened ...
Thank you!

To your health! I hope you enjoy the result! Special thanks for not deviating from the recipe!

I also rolled up 2 liters. I hope for a good result. My cucumbers were medium in size, sterilized for 10 minutes, although it seems the color changed a little earlier.

Lozja, made cucumbers, took 2 cans, made 5 Aunt Margita pickled cucumbers, in the fall I will share my impression

Vilapo,, I'm waiting for impressions.

Oksana. I did not close last year, you were late with the prescription.
And I'm going to this year.
I noticed that without horseradish leaves. What completely spoil the taste?
Although, I agree to exactly repeat the recipe.

I don't know if they will spoil it, but that the taste will be different is absolutely certain. Each greens gives its own taste. Try it in the original, and then if you want to add something - then it certainly will.

I will do it as in the recipe.

Lozja, I closed these cucumbers.
I did it exactly according to the recipe.
But doubts take me something, it seemed that the water did not come to a boil in the cans, but the water was raw! Although I poured it filtered.
Salt-sugar after sterilization at the bottom of the jar did not dissolve (although I poured everything on top, and then filled it with water). I had to shake the hot can to dissolve.
Time will tell, I will hope that they will stand and turn out delicious.

Did the cucumbers darken while sterilized? Strange somehow ...
irza
Lozja, and I want to make friends with this recipe. I brought cucumbers from the dacha. Now I think, should they be kept in water? Or wash it and go straight to the bank?

Darkened ... well, they became olive green, like ordinary pickled cucumbers.
Just in case, I covered it with a blanket, let them stand. Sorry for the work ....

irza, I kept the cucumbers in water for several hours. I always do this, no matter how much I hurry, they will only benefit from this.

Always soak.

So, everything should be fine, in theory. Let's hope so.

Ksyusha, it's not fair! Today I bought cucumbers for a non-female salad, and now your recipe has surfaced. Well, what should I do to a poor relative? I'll go soak the cucumbers for now, and tomorrow I'll buy a clove. The seller felt like he gave more cucumbers than I asked. The only question is, I don't see any pepper at all? That is how it should be? And more liter cans in diphcite, can you make in 3-liter?

Can be done in any banks, I think it makes no difference. No pepper!

I also made some cans. I thought about the pepper too, then I decided - if I eat it myself, the man prefers my pepper more.

I just don't know how pepper will fit into this taste. We love these cucumbers very much, so we have never changed or added anything in this recipe.
GenyaF
So I didn't add.

I wanted such cucumbers.
The first question is 60 g of vinegar is 60 ml. Or do you need to weigh?
The second question is (never sterilized) how much water to pour into the pan to the neck or less?

Yes, vinegar will be 1 to 1.
No, up to the neck is a lot, the cans will float away still, somewhere by 1/2 - 2/3 of the height of the can.
Innusik
Thank you, we will try.

Do you really sterilize that way ?!
Where will these banks, full and heavy, float away?
To sterilize food, jars of water must be on the shoulder of a jar. Boiling with a quiet key.

Yes, probably half a can is not enough. I wanted to say that you need to pour water not to the neck. Sorry, I expressed it wrong.
Elenka
Clear.
And then I was already scared.

I will report that I have observed all the components of this recipe. Didn't add anything. The only thing I did in a 3-liter jar and only 1 piece. It's just that I had extra cucumbers from the Nezhinsky salad and I decided to spin the jar. And since there was garlic, cloves and peppers in the current house, a little dry dill (last year's), so I twirled it. I didn't put the pepper in. I can't report, my husband puts everything in the closet too quickly, they say he gets in the way under his feet. Therefore, there is no photo report, but I made a word!

Ksyusha, if the cucumbers don't explode in a month, then I'll go in search of cans and I'll twist. Ches pioneer. It's just that I'm in trouble with these (I'm talking about all possible) cucumbers. while still a schoolgirl, she often helped her grandmother twist them. And so I repeated everything after my grandmother, cucumbers from one bucket, she is standing, mine are banging. And so it was even in my independent life, so I gave up this business (and my cucumbers are used in salads), now I most often buy from private traders in the market. I have known them for many years, they have great pickles. So your recipe is being tested by me, you can say. Keep your fists for me! What if this is my recipe?

Ksyusha, I will report. Week, normal flight! : Friends: There is a jar, and I'm still waiting for the fireworks! I didn't even put it in the cupboard, I left it under the steel in the kitchen where now in the afternoon there are 30 hailstones without cooking and with the blinds closed. TTTUgh three times!

Lozja , made your cucumbers yesterday, rolled up 7 liter cans.
Now we are waiting - will they live or not)))
After sterilization, they wrinkled a little and there was a little free space in the jar.
This is normal?
I took imported water, from the well, I did not reach the tap)))
In winter I will tell you (if they survive)))

Oh, can be soft if wrinkled. Maybe sterilized for a long time? We have some non-crispy ones if overexposed on the stove. You need to roll as soon as the bottom layer darkens. Well, you will taste it, if you like it, you will keep it a little less next year.
AlenaT
I don't think I held it for long.
15-20 minutes after boiling water in a saucepan ...
In winter we will try)))
