I made a test batch of 5 liter jars, a week later they took a sample - we liked it very much, my husband generally said - do this only now. Their recipes were also good, but they became boring for many years.
What we liked - the brine here is very, very even! When my husband saw that I wanted to lime it in cooking, he pulled the jar out of his hands and grumbled at me that I was transferring such goodness.
They taste like shop cucumbers; at first I wanted to reduce the vinegar - sugar, but decided not to deviate from the recipe and did the right thing; here they are leveled by each other, a very harmonious taste turned out, for those who like spicy things.
I roll it up with boiling water three times, before the last pouring I lay out the spices and salt-sugar.
I highly recommend trying it for those who still have doubts!

But after a couple of minutes you catch yourself taking another cucumber. And another cucumber ...

Unfortunately, I didn't have the whole bouquet for pickling at hand, only dill. I didn't break the recipe in anything else. I closed the cans by 1.7 liters each, recalculating all the details to a gram.
Using the same recipe, I made squash (for a walk, for a walk). Let's see what happens.

Somehow the recipe raised doubts, so I rolled up only two cans. Yes, and the cucumbers were frankly leftovers, even soft ones. So: the cucumbers were successful, all crispy, even which were soft. Everything in moderation: salt, vinegar, spices. Even a lot of dill is what you need! And the recipe is so clean!

I sterilize using the Admin-Tanya method. almost a couple and not for long. Sugar, salt do not completely dissolve. I shake the jar back and forth and everything dissolves. Don't worry about standing well. I have until three years old, when I covered a lot. This year I am afraid I will be left without cucumbers. No harvest.

I save the author's recipe and do it with a triple fill. To be honest, I don't see the difference in taste at all - I did it by sterilization and there is something to compare with.
