Flip Pie with Pears

Ingredients

Pear 700 g
Butter 50 g
Sugar 100 g
for dough-250 g
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
Walnuts 50 g
Flour 250 g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt pinch
Egg 3 pcs
Milk 6 tbsp. l.
Walnut oil 4 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Chocolate drops and almond flakes optional

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the pears into slices (peeled four medium pears and cut them lengthwise into four parts, removed the core).
  • Mix butter, sugar 150 g and lemon juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let it boil for one minute.
  • 2. Immediately pour this sugar mass into a detachable mold with a diameter of 26 cm, lined with baking paper and oiled (you can successfully bake this cake in a multicooker on a rug or on a mug cut out of baking paper)
  • 3. Arrange the pears and nuts in a circle like a fan (as in this photo from the Cook)

  • 4. Pour flour and baking powder into a bowl, stir.
  • Beat eggs until fluffy, add sugar, salt, milk, nut and vegetable oilbut... Beat everything.
  • Slowly pour the flour mixture into the egg mixture, stirring the dough with a spoon (in the last turn, if desired, add 50 g of chocolate drops to the dough).
  • 5. Pour the dough over the pears and gently spread (I had about a kilogram of pears - 6 pieces of medium size. Four went to the bottom, and the other two I cut into small pieces and pressed into the dough from above).
  • Put the mold in a preheated oven, bake at 180 * C for 35 minutes (in a slow cooker on a rug - about an hour, on baking paper - less)
  • 6. When the cake is baked, you need to wait a little until it cools down, since the hot sugar mass is liquid.
  • And then turn over and carefully pull off the baking paper.
  • You can stop at this, because the cake is very beautiful in itself, but you can also pour over it with arbitrarily melted chocolate and sprinkle it with almond flakes, since the pear goes well with almonds and chocolate in taste.
  • Try it, the pie is very easy to prepare, besides, it is extremely tasty and juicy. Gourmets can taste it with a scoop of creamy ice cream, but we - with a tea !!! And believe me, it's no worse !!!
  • PS If you do not have nut butter, then you can replace it with ordinary vegetable oil ... I also did not have nut butter, so I took 7 tablespoons of vegetable

The nuts were not whole, but crushed, there were no others and there was a little dark chocolate. Baked in a slow cooker for 60 minutes.
