Ingredients

Fish (cod, pike perch, haddock, pollock)
Soy sauce
Ketchup
Garlic
Roll flour
Rust oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Cut the fillet into pieces, dip each piece in the mixture (soy sauce + ketchup or tomato paste), put it in a saucepan, sprinkle with chopped garlic, and put it in the refrigerator overnight (in principle, it is possible for 2-3 hours, but tastier longer).
  • Then we put the fish in a plastic bag; pouring flour; roll over, carefully shaking up the package.
  • Now we take out a piece and fry in a pan in oil.

I made a whole story. We arrived at the store, no cod, only frozen cod fillet. I'm not very good at fillets. More often, the result is fried, boiled, steamed, but rubber from stale fish. I didn't have time to open my mouth to say that I had to go to another store, my husband's phone rang, a couple of short words and I understood: take, Tanya, what you see and silently go to the checkout. They called me from work, some problems that need to be urgently solved not today, but yesterday.
After work we arrived home. I put the fish in the sauce. We washed the refrigerator. They turned it on, but it didn't work. The fish stood with me for almost a day at room temperature. I was leaving work today thinking that I would have to throw everything out of the refrigerator, including the fish.
But no! The fish is perfectly preserved, fried and eaten with great pleasure. Patamushta is sooooo delicious! The sauce made it juicy and soft! The crust was amazing

This is no longer a fish. As a result of cleaning the refrigerator, an excellent dumplings (dumplings) dough was discovered. It was a pity to throw it away, I decided to give it to a neighbor. The neighbor said ... that she can't make dumplings, mantas, or dumplings. People live and eat dumplings from the store all the time

It's finished! No, the fish is still just pickling ... What happened is that I defrosted the freezer to get to the fillet. Among the first, she beat herself on the chest and shouted that I was the most real ichteophage that I could eat. Yes, that's the same bad luck. All drawers in the freezer (with fruit, and with meat, and with all sorts of different things) open normally and nothing is frozen in them. And this one, who was with the fish, froze something to himself and did not want to open up in any way, but I did not have enough time, energy and, most importantly, courage to unfreeze all this ice kingdom. But I did it!
But how much it turns out I have everything there! Even frozen snails in containers. And I cooked them myself, not purchased, from my own garden, so to speak.

Okay, I'll go fry the fish. Although, while I was going here, the people managed to bake it in the oven. No, I’ll still fire!
