Casserole Weekend

Ingredients

Orzo pasta 400 gr.
grated Gouda cheese (any of your favorites) 150 gr. + 50 gr. for the top
egg (whisk) 2
salt. white pepper to taste
for the meat layer
minced meat (pork, veal) 750 gr.
onion (coarsely grated) 1
tomatoes (peel and grate) 300 gr.
green fleshy pepper (finely chopped) 200 gr.
an egg 1
a handful of pine nuts
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
form No. 26 oiled and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. cover the bottom with baking paper
for the sauce: 150 gr.
yogurt (I have Greek) 1 tbsp. l.
not hot mustard 1 tbsp. l.
apple cider vinegar (lemon juice) 4 tbsp. l.
olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
salt. paprika. fresh dill.

Cooking method

  • meat layer:
  • fry the onion in well-heated oil. peppers and tomatoes. add minced meat and simmer until tender, kneading well. so that there are no lumps. all liquid should boil away.
  • add an egg. nuts. spice. perm eat.
  • boil the pasta.
  • add cheese to the cooled pasta. eggs and spices (taking into account the salinity of the cheese). mix.
  • put half of the paste into the mold. tamp with your palm. line the meat layer on top. tamp again and cover with the remaining paste again tamp.
  • bake preheated to 190aboutFrom the oven 30-35 min. five minutes until ready, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until golden brown.
  • if the casserole is very browned on top. then cover it with baking paper.
  • sauce:
  • place all ingredients in a sealable container and shake well.

I do this quite often, but the truth is with ordinary macaroshkas, and with a cape, and sweet, very good. delicious, and with all sorts of orzo, etc., probably, in general, you can eat your mind.
