Fast cheese pie

Ingredients

Dough:
Eggs 4 things.
Sour cream 20% 200 g
Mayonnaise (I have homemade) 100 g
Wheat flour 200-250 g
Baking powder 1h l.
with a slide
Salt pinch
Filling:
Cheese 150 g
Cheese (any yellow) 200 g

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs.
  • Add sour cream, mayonnaise, beat again.
  • Add flour, mixed with salt and baking powder. Beat. The dough turns out like thick sour cream.
  • Grate feta cheese and cheese on a coarse grater, mix.
  • In the original recipe, the filling is placed between two layers of dough. I did it differently.
  • Pour 1/2 of the dough into a mold (I have a silicone d24cm), flatten. Put 1/2 of the filling on top, then the remaining dough and the remaining filling.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C until golden brown (I have about an hour).
  • Cool slightly and remove from the mold. Serve warm.
