Beef stew in red wine (Multicooker)
Category: Meat dishes
Ingredients
Tenderloin 1 kg
Bow 1 pc.
Red wine 300 ml
Red beans 2 cans
Bay leaf, salt, spices
Cooking method

Cut the meat into small pieces, fry until golden brown.
Finely chop the onion, fry in the "Baking" mode (for me this is the "Soup / Steamer" mode) add wine, spices, bring to a boil.
Then put the meat in the wine gravy, mix, put on for 7 hours in the "Stew" mode. An hour before the end, add canned red beans, after draining all the liquid from it.

The dish is designed for 4 servings
Cooking time: 8 hours
Note
I tried to cook turkey fillet like this, stewed for 3 hours. But in my opinion, beef is more suitable for this dish. The meat turns out to be tender and aromatic and so tasty that I did not have time to photograph

I'll try to cook! Thank you!

7 o'clock? Isn't that too much? I just bought a MV. I master everything. I just cooked a miracle beef in pots in AG in an hour ...

I tried the meat after 3 hours of cooking - it seemed tough to me. Usually, beef is stewed in a frying pan for 2 hours, only there the temperature is much higher than in the cartoon. Beef does not even boil in stewing mode

Sorry to bother with advice ... when you lay the meat, then it also needs to be brought to a boil on Steam or Baking, and only then transfer to Stewing, 3 hours on Stewing will be enough

Thanks for the tip =) you will have to try to bring it to a boil next time. I like the multicooker so that no matter how you experiment, the result will be excellent!

Well, maybe I'm lucky, I've already done it several times and all the time I'm lucky! I always take beef - rump. An hour and you're done! I put it first on baking, fried a little and stew.
