Peach pie

Ingredients

Sugar 200 g
Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
Butter or margarine 200 g
Egg 5 pieces.
Milk 50 ml
Wheat flour 250 g
Baking powder 2 tsp
or slaked soda 1 tsp
Canned peaches or apricots 800 g
CREAM:
Sour cream (15% or 20%) 400 g
Sugar 100 g

Cooking method

  • Grind butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Add eggs, stir.
  • Add milk.
  • Add baking powder, flour, knead the dough.
  • The dough should not be very steep.
  • Cut peaches or apricots into slices.
  • Grease a baking sheet (I have a baking sheet 20x30 cm) or cover with baking paper, pour out the dough, smooth.
  • Put slices of peaches or apricots on the dough.
  • Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • To prepare the cream, mix sour cream with sugar.
  • Pour cream over the hot cake.
  • Allow to cool slightly and cut into portions.
