I, too, recently bought this HP, and tried the sweet bread with raisins from the attached recipe book. The bread turned out great in appearance and consistency (everything was observed with an accuracy of the gram, there is an electronic scale, the flour was taken expensive, it says that it is especially for bread makers (Home is called). BUT, this recipe indicates an excessive amount of salt (1.5 hours l. for 700 g), because of this the bread turned out to be both sweet and salty at the same time.

And I also baked a ready-made mixture for Pudov Borodino bread. To say that the bread is delicious is to say nothing. The bread turned out to be awesome !!! But, brothers, how do you eat such soft bread? Then there is noise and din from him in the stomach - take the es ... zan!
