I read the thread several times, but besides recalculation ira.z for 1 kg, I did not find any answers. In recalculation, I doubted, because 1/3 cup of oil and 1/3 cup of vinegar do not weigh the same 67 grams. Glass spoons are not the most accurate measurement. In any case, in a tablespoon (measured) I get about 30 grams of salt, and in the discussion from the author it flashed that 2 tbsp. l. with a slide, 85 gr. By the way, the recipe does not say about the need for a "slide". It turns out that the results are different for everyone ... although they are tasty.

After all, you probably do it often. Or, maybe, over these 5 years, someone has already measured everything for themselves in grams - put it out, please! Otherwise, it turns out not a recipe, but who in what way ...))) Yes, and recalculating for a different weight of the original product in grams is easier than in spoons.

The amount of salt-sugar-vinegar-oil in a recipe is an individual concept. You can measure salt up to 40.5 grams, but for you personally, it will be salty on the tongue.
Therefore, you always need to trust your taste, put in the preservation a little less than the ingredients specified in the recipe, mix the salad, and then taste it on your tongue, and evaluate which ingredient is missing, what else needs to be added for your own taste AND correct!

I always warn about this in my recipes, so that it does not hurt excruciatingly afterwards ... and not make a claim to the author of the recipe about "salty-sour-tasteless"
