Frittata with zucchini

Ingredients

Zucchini 200g.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Eggs 4 things.
Cheese 100g.
Dill greens 2st. l.
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion. Fry in vegetable oil until soft.
  • Add the peeled and chopped zucchini. Fry, stirring for about 15 minutes. I did it in MV Panasonic on the Baking mode with the lid open.
  • Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Beat eggs with cheese, herbs, salt.
  • Stir in the squash and onion mixture. Pour into a greased dish.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C until the liquid evaporates and the cheese browns. It took me 15 minutes.

  • It turned out to be a delicious lunch!

Note

I already cooked Frittata with red onions in MV... But, due to the fact that there is a lot of liquid in the zucchini, and its evaporation in MV is problematic, I did it in the oven. It turned out faster and the cheese turned brown.
