Cottage cheese pie with nuts

Ingredients

DOUGH
Flour 200 g
Sugar 140 g
Butter (margarine) 180 g
Eggs 4 things.
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Cottage cheese 200 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
SPRAY
Any berries
Any nuts

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar, add softened margarine, add sifted flour with baking powder.
  • Bring the curd to homogeneity in a mixer.
  • Mix with dough.
  • Grease the form with vegetable oil (I have Teflon 26 cm in diameter). Pour the dough into a mold. Scatter berries on top (I have raspberries) and sprinkle with nuts (I had almonds, I tried with nuts - also delicious)
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. I always check with a skewer. Remove from the mold, cool, if desired, stir with powdered sugar.

Preheat the oven to 180 *.

kava, Katethanks for the good recipe! Made according to the recipe, only kneaded in a different sequence. First, I beat the butter with sugar, then, whisking, added cottage cheese and eggs one at a time, and then flour at low speed. The result is a very delicious muffin cake.
