Cooking method

  • Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the finished cake with sah. Powder or coat with hot chocolate or icing.

Thanks for the recipe !!! I cooked it right the first time. Very gentle. Only I'm not 2 tbsp of flour, but 1.5. The recipe did not specify which sour cream to use and to the thickness of which sour cream to knead the dough.
I used commercial sour cream. And the dough was slightly thick.

I put the sour cream that is available - usually it is 20% from the store. And the dough is not particularly important in terms of density. An important thick mass flows from the spoon, but it flows down, not smudges ...
In fact, the peculiarity of the flour that we sell (and no matter which company) is that you have to add it to all recipes ... So you did everything right, since the result did not disappoint
