Nye cake, the best in the world!

Ingredients

Dough:
Butter 100 g
Sugar 100 g
Yolks 4 things.
Flour 100 g
Milk 3-4 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1 pack.
Vanilla
Meringue:
Protein 4 things.
Sugar 150-200 g
Cream:
Cream 35% 500 ml
Sugar 1-2 tbsp. l.
Filling:
Roasted, crushed almonds (I did not use) taste
Green apples (tight), like (Grant Smith 800-1000 g
Raisins 50 g
Lemon zest, cinnamon

Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • Beat butter and sugar. Add yolks.
  • Add flour and milk, baking powder and vanilla.
  • Distribute the dough evenly in two molds, the bottom of which has been previously wrapped in foil.
  • Beat the protein, gradually add sugar.
  • Divide the whipped protein into the first forms (divide the portions in half), that is, you get a double cake ...
  • Bake in the oven at 175⁰ C for about 30 minutes.
  • Leave to cool, it is easier to remove the foil when the cake is well chilled, so put the cakes in the refrigerator for a while, and then remove the foil.
  • Filling:
  • Meanwhile, peel and chop the apples (coarsely), add the rest of the ingredients and simmer over moderate heat without adding water. Stir quite often. When the apples are very slightly soft on top, remove ...., do not let them boil in "porridge"! Only for this reason it is better to take "Grani", because their flesh is firm and retains its consistency.
  • Leave the apples to cool (separate the resulting juice, we do not need it).
  • Cream:
  • Beat the cream, add nuts, you can 1-2 tbsp. spoons of sugar. powders (for those with a sweet tooth)
  • Assembly:
  • Place the first cake with the meringue down.
  • Put half of the cream, put the apples and top with the rest of the cream.
  • Put the second cake on the cream, meringue up.
  • it is better to collect the cake in a pastry ring.
  • Nye cake, the best in the world!

It turns out very airy, fresh, and sooo tasty !!!!

I tried in the summer for a place of apples, strawberries ..... it also turns out incredibly tasty ....!
