Ingredients

Chicken wings 1 kg
For pickling:
Garlic 3-4 teeth

Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Put the wings in a bowl, add salt, crushed garlic, spices, squeeze lemon juice, mix and leave to marinate for 2-4 hours. my wings stood under the marinade for almost a day.

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the wings, and fry them until the liquid (moisture) evaporates, until they begin to fry in oil.

  • Bring the wings to readiness over low heat so that they become soft on the inside, turning over periodically so that the meat does not burn.

  • Now turn the heat up, brush the wings with sweet and sour sauce on one side, and fry until golden brown.
  • Turn the wings over to the other side, brush the sauce over with a brush, and fry again until golden brown, if necessary, turn the wings over several times, and each time you turn over, brush them with a brush with sweet and sour sauce.

  • Serve the finished wings hot and with a light vegetable salad.
