Crab-shrimp salad

Ingredients

Ready-made shrimps
including 5-6 pieces of large shrimps in shell
300-400 g
Crab sticks 10 pieces.
Chinese cabbage piece 3 cm wide
Mango 1/2 pcs.
Avocado 1 PC.
Red tomato
medium hard, to cut into cubes
2 pcs.
Mayonnaise taste
Chopped parsley taste
Garlic - crush 2-3 teeth
Lemon 2-3 slices
Frying oil
Salt taste
Freshly ground white pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Round shape 20 cm
  • First layer. finely chop the Peking cabbage, shake it a little, rub the mango on a coarse grater, 1-2 tbsp. l. chopped parsley, mix.

  • Second layer cut the tomatoes into cubes and drain.

  • Third layer. chop crab sticks, cut into small cubes avocado, drizzle a little lemon juice, add chopped parsley 1-2 tbsp. l., add mayonnaise to taste, mix.

  • Fourth layer... heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, fry it, then add the shrimp (remove the water, dip the shrimp with a towel), lemon, freshly ground white pepper. fry the shrimp for a few minutes. place the shrimp on top of the salad. garnish with several large shrimps in a shell on top.

  • I cooked the salad in a round shape, we compact each layer a little so that it does not disintegrate.

  • Carefully remove the form from the finished salad, serve it to the table.
