Ingredients

Old kefir 500 ml
Vodka 50 ml
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 2-3 st. l.
or to taste
Salt taste
Drinking soda 1 tsp
Vinegar 6-9% 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.
Wheat flour,
until you get the thick sour cream dough

Cooking method

  • In a deep bowl, mix eggs, sugar, salt, vodka until smooth.
  • In another bowl, mix baking soda, extinguish it with vinegar, stir, pour in 1/2 cup of kefir soda, stir, pour in the remaining kefir, stir until smooth.
  • Combine the egg mixture, kefir mixture in a large bowl (where the mass is with eggs), mix, add flour, vegetable oil, mix until smooth. add as much flour to get a thick dough "like thick sour cream"
  • Let the dough stand for 30-40 minutes.
  • Stir the dough, add boiling water and so much to get a batter like "liquid sour cream"
