Beetroot salad with tomatoes and yoghurt dressing

Ingredients

Refueling:
- low fat yogurt half a glass
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp
- lime juice (lemon) of 1/2 pc
- sugar pinch
- salt taste
- pepper taste

Ingredients for the salad:
- beets (steamed or baked) 400 g
- mini tomatoes half a glass
- green onions 2 pcs
- olive oil 1-2 tsp
- lettuce leaves

Cooking method

  • 1. Mix yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and sugar, season with salt and pepper.

  • 2. Chop the beets and place on the green onions.

  • 3. Decorate with tomato halves and lettuce leaves.

  • 4. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

  • 5. Top - yoghurt-mustard dressing.
