Ingredients

Veal 300 g
Water 1 l
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Sweet pepper - yellow or red a piece

Fresh sorrel 70 g
Fresh spinach 70 g
Quail eggs 4 things. per serving
Parsley 2-3 st. l.
Salt, spices for soup

Cooking method

Cut the meat into portions, wash and put in a multicooker pan.

Cut vegetables, onions, carrots, sweet peppers, put potatoes (as on fries) to the meat, add salt, spices, add water.

Enable Multi-cook mode 110 * С, 15 minutes and bring the broth to readiness, turn off the slow cooker.

Add coarsely chopped spinach and sorrel, parsley to the broth, taste with salt.

Close the multicooker pan, set Heating mode, wait for the soup to boil (a few minutes), turn off the mode.

While the cabbage soup is boiling, we cook the eggs. Heat a drop of oil in a frying pan, put eggs one at a time, as if in fried eggs, bring to readiness. To bake the yolk, cover the pan with a lid.

Pour green cabbage soup into a plate, add quail eggs, you can add a spoonful of sour cream.

Note

The cabbage soup is not sour, due to the addition of unleavened spinach, the taste is the same for those who do not like sour spinach.
