Soup spices 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 pinch
Salt taste
Vegetable oil - for frying 1 tsp
For a chop (dumplings):
Flour 6 tbsp. l.
Egg 2 pcs.
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • I cut the smoked brisket into strips, meat brisket into small pieces.
  • I cut all vegetables in medium pieces.
  • Include Browning mode, I pour in some vegetable oil, heat up the frying pan.
  • I put smoked and meat brisket, crushed garlic, spices for soup, caraway seeds, and fry the meat to a medium crust, stirring constantly from burning.
  • I add vegetables: onions, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, and fry with the meat until the liquid boils away.
  • At the end, I add tomato paste, fry for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. turn off the Toasting mode.
  • I add chopped fries, parsley, salt, water to the desired thickness of the soup (about 1.5 liters), taking into account the fact that it will be necessary to add dumplings at the end of cooking the soup. I close the lid of the multicooker, turn on Multi-cook mode, 110 * С, 15 minutes, and bring the soup to readiness.
  • While the soup is preparing, I prepare the dumplings.
  • Combine eggs, flour, salt, mix well until smooth, let the dough stand for 15 minutes at rest.
  • When the soup is ready, open the lid of the multicooker, take 1/2 tsp. dough for dumplings, and lower the canopy (without dipping into the broth) into the finished soup. The spoon must be immediately dipped into a cup of cold water so that the next portion of the dough does not stick to the spoon tightly. gently stir the soup with the dumplings.
  • Now you need to leave the soup in a saucepan on a warmer so that the dumplings boil and become soft. or include Preheat mode for exactly 1 minute and then disconnect.
