Ingredients

Pork loin steaks 2 pcs.
Sun-dried tomatoes 4 things.
Sweet pepper 2 records
Mozzarella cheese 2 records
Cranberry 2 tsp
Pickled bitter pepper 2 small records
Parsley 2 pinches
A mixture of olive oil and lemon juice - for dressing 2 tbsp. l.
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • We make deep pockets in the steaks, cutting the meat along with a sharp knife.

  • We put cranberries in your pocket, deeper to the bone.
  • Put sweet pepper, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese in layers in your pocket, sprinkle the layers with salt and spices to taste, a little fresh parsley.

  • We close the steak, fix its edges with a toothpick so that the whole structure does not fall apart when baking.

  • Pour the steaks on both sides with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice, leave to marinate and soak in the goodies for about 1-2 hours.

  • We transfer the steaks to the grill of the airfryer, turn on the heating at 200 * C for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 170 * C and fry for another 15-20 minutes until the meat is ready, check the readiness with a knitting needle.

  • Serve ready-made steaks hot, with a large portion of vegetable salad!
