Ingredients

Chicken breasts 2 pcs.

Carrot 1/2 pcs. small

Cooking method

  • Cut potatoes, zucchini, pumpkin, carrots into large pieces of "fries".
  • We heat the vegetable oil in a pan, add chopped onions, carrots, garlic (crush), cherry tomatoes (cut in half), spices for the soup - and fry for a few minutes, this is necessary for the spices and colors to work in the broth and a good taste of the soup appears.
  • We shift vegetables into a saucepan with a thick bottom (Zepter type) in parts: part fried, part raw, breast meat, again fried and raw vegetables. We do not put salt and water !!!

  • We turn on the fire, put the pan, first a strong fire so that the pan heats up and the steam goes out, then we reduce it to low and cook under a closed lid so that the steam does not go out. periodically look in and check for the presence of liquid (juice) at the bottom of the pan.
  • The meat and chicken will cook for about 25-30 minutes. After that, we check the readiness of the meat and vegetables. Please note that the color of the vegetables did not change and they did not boil over, as they were without vigorous movement and were steamed without water.

The soup cooks quickly.
