"Bows" salad with shrimps

Ingredients

Paste "Bows" colored 150 g
Sweet pepper 1/2 pcs.
Olives 10-15 pcs.

Cherry tomatoes red and yellow 15-20 pcs.
MIX salad 2 handfuls
Tiger shrimps 15-20 pcs.
For frying shrimp:
Lemon 1 / 4-1 / 3 pcs.

Garlic 2 teeth
Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt taste
Freshly ground white pepper taste
Vodka or Sambuca 1 tbsp. l.
For salad dressing:
Olive oil (vegetable) 1-3 st. l.

Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Boil the "Bows" paste and cool without water.

  • Cut sweet peppers into small pieces.

  • Put the MIX salad, bell peppers in slices, cherry tomatoes (can be cut in half), olives, chilled bows in a bowl.

  • Cooking shrimp.
  • Heat the oil until hot in a pan, add the crushed garlic, let the garlic brown, then discard the garlic, we only need the aromatic garlic oil.

  • Add shrimp (do not peel!), Lemon cut into small pieces with peel, fennel seeds, salt, freshly ground white pepper - fry the shrimp for a few minutes until tender.

  • Add vodka or Sambuca, and fry the shrimp for a few more minutes until the vodka evaporates.

  • Transfer the finished shrimp without liquid to a bowl of salad.

  • Make a dressing, taste, and add to the salad, stir.
  • transfer the prepared salad to a common salad bowl or portioned salad bowls and serve.

  • If you want a spicier salad taste, you can add some capers to the salad, or a little hot pepper, thinly cut into rings.

Note

Very fresh, light and tasty salad!

And I recommend soaking the liquid remaining at the bottom of the pan from frying shrimp with white bread - very tasty! True, there is not enough of it ... but still delicious!
