Cooking method

  • Put the rolls in the heated oil, fry until red crust on all sides. Unplug the pan.
  • Add onion, tomato slices, crushed garlic to the pan to the rolls, 1 tbsp. l. cranberries (lingonberries), herbs, dry wine (pour over the rolls with wine). Taste for salt.
  • Enable Multi-cook mode 15 minutes 110 * and bring the rolls to readiness.
  • Remove the threads from the finished rolls, cut into pieces with a sharp knife.
  • Serve boiled rice or boiled potatoes for garnish, pour a little with the resulting sauce, sprinkle with green onions.

Filling:
