Transparent chicken broth with pancakes stuffed with porridge

Ingredients

Chicken breasts 2 pcs.
Bulb onions
Carrot
Parsley root
Salt taste
Water
Wheat-rye pancakes
Porridge "Assorted cereals"

Cooking method

  • I put coarsely chopped vegetables at the bottom of a saucepan with a thick bottom, chicken breast on top of the vegetables. There is no need to add water or salt!
  • Transparent chicken broth with pancakes stuffed with porridge
  • Cover with a lid, turn on the fire, heat the pan until hot. Then I reduce the heat to low and bring the chicken meat to readiness - 20-25 minutes in time.
  • We check the readiness of the meat. Add boiling water as much as needed until the broth thickens. Bring to a boil, salt to taste, taste. The broth is ready!

  • Instead of bread, I used the remnants of wheat-rye pancakes and the remnants of the "Assorted cereals" porridge.
  • I fry the onions in a pan, add the ready-made porridge, mix and heat the porridge until hot.
  • I heat pancakes in the microwave. For each pancake I put 1-2 tbsp. l. porridge, wrap the pancake in a tube.
  • Pour the broth into a broth cup, additionally serve pancake tubes with porridge.
  • Serving to the table!

But, experience has shown that it is better to have vegetables first, with meat on them.
Reason: Meat (protein) seals to the bottom of the pot faster than vegetables, even at low heat.
And for vegetables, it is normal and then the meat gives juice, which goes down to the vegetables, nothing sticks to the bottom.
