Hello!! Tell me: my oven has a Dough function. And now I don’t understand: is it kneading dough without heating (just mixing the ingredients, like on dumplings) or is it heated, yeast dough for pies?
According to the program, the kneading lasts 1 hour 30 minutes.

This is a program for kneading yeast dough with one proofing.
Then the dough needs to be pulled out, shaped pies, buns, etc., distance again and baked in the oven.
Or shape the bread into a mold, on a hearth, space it again and bake in the oven

Yes, most likely this is a program for yeast dough, in my bread maker the program for yeast dough lasts 1 hour 30 minutes, and the "fresh dough" program (for dumplings for example) lasts only 14 minutes

Thanks for the answer. On the one hand, it's a pity that it's not for dumplings, I often make dumplings, I'm tired of kneading with my hands And on the other hand, usually at home there is no place warm enough to make dough for pies, so this is another plus in the oven !!
Don't you know, maybe in some program in my oven there is an opportunity to knead dough without heating? For example, in room 4 Yeast-free bread - throw everything in there and turn it off after 15 minutes? What do you think?

Oh, what is proofing?
That is, to mold and put the pies back in a warm place for a while?

Yes. but about the dumplings. the lightest dough! Flour and kefir! Pour flour into kefir to the desired consistency! It turns out super! gentle, fluffy and done instantly!

You can also turn off the HP on the "Dough" program - after kneading and that's it !!!

Thanks everyone for the answers! On dumplings, I did as I asked - in yeast-free bread I kneaded for 20 minutes and turned it off.
And the cheesecakes on the bread dough turned out super)))
