Brussels sprouts cutlets

Ingredients

Minced meat (I have pork + turkey) 800g.
Egg 2 pcs.
Green onion 100g.
Carrot 100g.
Breadcrumbs 2st. l.
Brussels sprouts (I have frozen) 200g.
Sour cream 1 st. l.
Salt, red bell pepper taste
Cheese
Wheat flour for breading
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Boil cabbage until cooked (I cooked in a double boiler).

  • Chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry in vegetable oil. Add to minced meat. Mix.

  • Add eggs, sour cream and crackers (made from white bread), season and knead again.

  • Form a cake with wet hands, put 1-2 cabbage in the middle, pinch the edges, form a cutlet.

  • Roll the cutlets in flour and fry in vegetable oil until tender.

  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven on the upper level 200C for 10-15 minutes. (You can sprinkle with cheese, close the lid and leave for a few minutes in a skillet to just melt the cheese).

  • Serve with stewed vegetables!
