Italian strawberry pie

Ingredients

Flour 1.5 tbsp.
Softened butter 100 g
Baking powder (soda + citric acid) 1.5 tsp.
Salt pinch
Sugar 3/4 Art.
Egg 2 pcs.
Milk (warm) 2 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Strawberry 200-300 g
Powdered sugar for sprinkling the cake taste
Raisins taste

Cooking method

  • In a bowl, combine sifted flour, cinnamon, salt and baking powder (or soda + citric acid).
  • Beat the butter and sugar separately until a white fluffy mass, then add eggs and milk, beat a little again.
  • Add raisins, dry ingredients to the egg-oil mass and mix well. The consistency of the dough is thick sour cream.
  • Grease a baking dish or cover with parchment. Put the dough into a mold and smooth.
  • Cut the strawberries into halves and put them on top of the pie, pressing slightly into the dough.
  • Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
  • Cool the finished pie a little and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

This cake is so fragrant and delicious.
My husband is not very fond of strawberries and therefore I took a great risk by cooking it. Despite this, the pie was eaten with great pleasure. And I urgently had to do another one.
