Baked pike perch in the sleeve

Ingredients

Pike perch fillet on the skin 1 PC
Fresh ginger root 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Carrot 1 PC
Stalked celery 3 pcs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Chop the garlic and ginger on a fine grater. We rub the prepared fish with this mixture, salt, and pepper with olive oil on top. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 40-60 minutes.

  • Vegetable pillow: Peel the carrots, cut them into cubes, celery also - into cubes. In a sleeve placed on a baking sheet, lay out, alternating, carrots with celery. Salt, pepper.

  • Put our pickled fish on top. We close the sleeve (according to the instructions on the package) and put it in a preheated oven to 190 degrees, for 20 minutes (maximum 25 minutes). Then open it for another 5 minutes, if we want to get a ruddy fish. That's it, our fish is ready. Serve with a side dish of your choice. And do not forget to put the carrots with celery, well, they are very tasty.
