Recently I wanted to cook something in a baking sleeve (I bought it IMHO). I started looking for recipes and came to the conclusion that it was not so easy ...

Therefore, I am creating this theme for your recipes for cooking in a roasting sleeve.
Share what and how you cook in this wonderful device.

Once upon a time these packages made me very happy: bake in the sleeve and the oven will be clean. But my ardor quickly cooled down, because chicken (most likely everything else) tastes like stew than fried. Maybe I cooked wrong?

Baked pike perch in the sleeve
Ingredients
Pike perch fillet on the skin 1 pc
Fresh ginger root 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Carrot 1pc
Celery stalk 3 pcs
Extra Virgin olive oil 2-3 tbsp l.
Cooking method

Chop the garlic and ginger on a fine grater. Rub the prepared fish with this mixture, salt, and pepper on top with olive oil. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 40-60 minutes.

Vegetable pillow: Peel the carrots, cut them into cubes, celery also - into cubes. In a sleeve, placed on a baking sheet, lay out, alternating, carrots with celery. Salt, pepper.

Put our pickled fish on top. We close the sleeve (according to the instructions on the package) and put in a preheated oven to 190 degrees, for 20 minutes (maximum 25 minutes). Then another 5 minutes without foil, if we want to get a ruddy fish.
That's it, our fish is ready. Serve with a side dish of your choice. And do not forget to put the carrots with celery, well, they are very tasty.

Note
it turned out so tasty that I didn't have time to look back as everyone ate. Well, almost all of the Smiling one piece I still managed to photograph.

And I really like the sleeve. I made duck and goose and fish. I even baked potatoes with chicken legs. It turns out exactly baked with a crust.

You can cook porridge and pilaf ..... You can stuff half of the pumpkin with fruit, bake and get a delicious puree ...
It is difficult to display all the recipes here. If anything interests me, I will definitely exhibit it.
The theme is inexhaustible.

Olga from Voronezh incredible !!! Choking with saliva, I still ask: does the brownish crust turn out after the bag has been baked in the open state?

Long live a clean oven !!!

For a beautiful crust, shortly before the end, I cut the bag and cut off the unnecessary, but so that the juice does not leak out! That is, to have a kind of saucepan without a film lid.
It is very easy to check the meat for readiness - take it out of the oven so that the bag falls off and pierce the bag with a toothpick first, then the meat. Not ready - put it back. The package, when heated, will inflate again.
If someone does not know: in addition to the sleeve (the pipe from which you need to cut off the desired piece for cooking, there are bags for baking (like plastic bags in the form, i.e.there is a bottom and you only have to tie on top). For such a dish as pilaf and porridge, it is simply irreplaceable.
