Mushroom sauce with cream

Ingredients

Butter 3 tbsp. spoons
mushrooms 0.5KG
garlic 1 clove
cream 10% 200 ml
lemon zest 1 tsp
grated cheese 3 tbsp. spoons
ground pepper, grated nutmeg taste
salt

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter, put slices of prepared boiled and chopped mushrooms and fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped garlic, cream, lemon zest, pepper, salt, nutmeg. Fry everything for 3-4 minutes. Then add cheese and fry for a couple of minutes over medium heat.
