Ingredients

Chicken liver 500 g
Onion 2 pcs
Sour cream 2-3 st. l.
salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil 10-20 ml

Cooking method

  • With the lid open, on Turbo mode, I fried the onion cut into half rings, until such a pleasantly transparent state, about 5 minutes. I added chicken liver to the onion (directly frozen, there was no time to defrost it). I fried the liver to "grab", all in the same mode with the lid open. As soon as the liver slightly changed its color, I added sour cream, salt, pepper. Canceled the Turbo program. She closed the lid. And I turned on the Multi-cook for 10 minutes.
