Hello dear bakers. I have been using this device for a month. There were never any failures. In order to reduce the price of the already cheap and very tasty bread, I brought wheat grown in our region to the mill. It turned out three varieties of flour and bran. We work with this flour, mixing it in different proportions. Of the small minuses, I would note the uneven color of the crust on both sides. Swung at Darnitsky. Ivot question. In what mode is it better to bake it? Some write in basic, others in dietary. And another question. Who tried to make butter from homemade sour cream on the dough mode? Somewhere I met on the endless expanses of the net about such a hidden possibility of bread makers. Because 100% butter, peasant, no. And everyone writes 75% and the rest, I suspect, is palm.

I bake on basic.
Regarding the uneven color of the crust, look, do you have a ten in the center of the stove body? I was off-center, corrected.

Bake Better in Bake mode I have used Dietetic before as it is designed for coarse flour. Now I do this: I turn on the Diet mode (although, I think, it is possible to use "Basic" or after equalizing the temperatures and "Pizza"), wait for the kneading, as soon as the bun is formed (10 minutes), turn it off and let the dough rise 1.5-2 hours, then turn on "Baking" for 50 minutes.

I didn’t try, but I think after such a "kneading" the whole bread maker will be sprayed with oily slurry. How can I wash it from the oil later?Bread Maker Panasonic SD-256 (part 2) It is better to beat the butter in closed containers, I think

Here is the LG HB-2001BY stove, there is the "Oil" program. And how is all this implemented there? ...

Today I tried Darnitsky from Fugasca. The taste is excellent, but the roof has collapsed a lot.
Gamanchuk
Yes, the regime used the main one.
Alxndr
I also failed. Adding panifarin seems to have solved the problem. (I showed the corresponding topic on page 105)
Ljul
And my Darnitsky is excellent, and the roof is just right, but the rye on kvass failed !!!

Did you add panafarin to Darnitsky?

It is better to add less liquids than in the recipe, and then add when mixing, if necessary

Yes. It can be added to any bread (as it says on the label).
Panifarin gives the dough stickiness. It is added to flour with a low gluten content: rice, buckwheat, corn, rye ... Some also add it to wheat flour to get a sticky crumb. By the way, this is not very good for the intestines.

I report on the work done. The recipe from Fugaski Darnitskiy was corrected by water for 260 ml. there 300. And then I replace the water with curdled milk (cheese) Bread song. Then I bought 1 liter of village sour cream, poured it into a bucket and closed the top of the bucket with a cellophane bag, wrapped it with an elastic band. I asked for the "pizza" program. And after 45 minutes he took out 400g. the finest butter, the rest is accompanying liquid. To your health.

a-ball-do! This is a notion! It never crossed my mind. Thank you very much for the idea, I will definitely try it!

Listen, how does it get butter on Pizza? Should there be heating there? Maybe on Dumplings twice? In general, the idea is SUPER !!! Where to get hold of homemade sour cream? What to make of store-bought cream?
sazalexter
lega Many markets sell yellow heavy cream under the guise of sour cream, so you can whip butter from them
Gamanchuk
I did not observe heating on the pizza. You can also try on dumplings, but be sure to tighten the bucket with plastic wrap. Otherwise, there is no splashing at an early stage, but when oil is formed, it gushes, be healthy.

Has anyone tried to make yogurt in our machine?
Is it possible? For yoghurt, it is necessary to maintain a temperature that the stove cannot provide ... or is there something I don't know about it?

: rose: I read somewhere on the forum how, according to the recipe for croissants, they bake such a large croissant in HP. I can't find this post, I'm tired of searching. Maybe someone will remember and tell me ... I would be very grateful.

What does it not react to? Two hours does not turn on? Doesn't turn on at all? Or can't you install the program? You are probably trying to turn it on every 10-15 minutes? So she does not have time to reset the program. Wait 20-30 minutes after an accidental shutdown and turn it on, install the program again.

The other day I tried to bake charlotte in a bread maker. It was baked for 30 minutes. I thought it would burn, since I bake the same charlotte in the oven in 20 minutes. But my charlotte in the very center from above was not baked (and the bottom was beautifully browned). So 30 minutes was not enough

You can, only it will be bad to knead
Rina
the minimum laying of flour in Panasonic is 300 g.
778086MES
Well, can you 300 gr? Stupid to divide by proportion?
Rina
recalculate the proportion and watch the kolobok at least the first couple of times. When converting 400, 500 and 600 g of flour, the rest of the components (for example, salt) are not so mathematically calculated exactly.

A week ago I became the proud owner of this bread machine. So far, I've only baked plain white bread and milk white bread, everything worked out. Now I would like to bake rye bread. Tell me, is it possible to bake rye bread on this bread maker or it will break without a special spatula for rye bread. If you have already discussed it, please give a link.
Rina
Olya, welcome to the friendly company of bakers! Of course, in 254/256 Panasonic you can and should bake rye bread. We have a topic dedicated to this issue, HERE HERE is about Panasonic.

I need urgent help. She put in the raisin bread. The display shows the time until the raisins were placed. Squeaked - abandoned. But the program did not go further. The display is 0. When trying to shift the program by start, nothing happened. In the end, I dropped it. As far as I understand, now stirring, frustrating and bothering and frustrating manually? What went wrong? Tell me pliz.
Rina
As far as I understand, it was necessary to lay the raisins according to the squeak and NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE! This is why the oven is called the AUTOMATIC bakery. It takes some time from the moment of the sound signal for laying the raisins to kneading. What if you need a few minutes to get to the stove? You are not always at arm's length from HP, are you? The engineers also thought about this.

Now you have to:
1.reset all programs (by pressing and holding the "start / start" button until the screen is completely cleared),
2. select the "pizza" program, let it run for a few minutes, so that the raisins interfere more or less evenly, but do not grind it.
3. Reset the program again, let stand for about an hour to allow the dough to rise.
4. Set the baking program for 45-50 minutes and start it.

I kneaded another 5 minutes on dumplings. Then I looked at the "schedule" of the program and I will continue to move along it in a forced mode. Confused me by 0 on the display. According to the instructions, the time until the end of the program should be displayed, but I only had before the ingredients were injected. Maybe she was too hasty, of course, it was worth the wait. Will try again one of these days. Owners of 6-rochek, can anyone else step on this rake? The situation is somehow not completely clear.

I have been using this device for more than a year, now I mainly knead dough for pizza, dumplings and other and occasionally wheat-rye bread. Found out a significant "drawback" in bread makers, very tasty bread and you get fat quickly.
And about butter, it is made from heavy cream or sour cream. If you heat the oil, it turns out faster, and here it is not the speed but the churning time that is important, so I think the dumplings program is better, because there is no intermediate layer, just if it did not work out right away, you can start the program again.
Manna
I haven't looked into this Temko for a long time. Yeah, so much water flowed under the bridge different breads have been baked since then ...

Out of inexperience, I baked this charlotte for 30 minutes. Of course, in such conditions as in KhP, charlotte needs to be baked for at least an hour. Yeah

Yes, I also re-read both parts of this topic and noticed that I indicated in this recipe incorrect proportions. Of course, liquids are not there for 400g. flour, but for all 600. I apologize very much to those whom I let down by my mistake

I wonder why this Temka "wilted"

I wonder why this Temka "wilted"
Apparently because 256-257 were taken out of production, all questions were asked, the stoves were "tested".
Moreover, 2500-2501-2502 are practically the same as ours, tested 256-257 !! Now everything is there and in the recipes
