Ingredients

wheat flour 450 g
bottled kvass 250 ml
lemon acid 20 ml
vegetable oil 30 ml
sugar 30 g
salt 5 g
saf-moment yeast 5 g

Cooking method

  • Ordinary bread., In which water is replaced by kvass from a bottle.
  • We connect the components in a bread maker (or as you like) and knead until the bun is formed (before the second proofing). We take it out and put it in the heat for 1 hour. After an hour, put it on the table with flour, crush it and make an envelope, then put it in the heat for 30 minutes. At the same time, turn on the oven 250 gr. After half an hour, we carefully put the bread in the oven (for whom it is convenient - it does not matter) and bake for 30 minutes at 230 grams, and 20 - 25 minutes at 200 grams.

If you are still interested, then I have not been using this recipe for a long time, now I add kvass wort concentrate in the amount of 15-20 grams. It turns out much tastier, the rest of the recipe is like for plain bread.
