Cooking method

  • 1) Peel potatoes, carrots and onions. Cut potatoes into medium cubes and small onions, grate carrots.
  • 2) Pour the potatoes, carrots and onions into the multicooker pan.

  • 3) Install the pan in the multicooker. Mix everything with a plastic spoon. We close the lid of the multicooker.
  • We turn on the multicooker to the network and select the "Milk porridge / Soup" mode (I cooked in this mode for 1 hour).
  • 4) At the end of the first cycle, open the lid and add pre-chopped saury from a tin can to the multicooker pan, close the multicooker lid.
  • 5) We turn on the "Milk porridge / Soup" mode for the second time (I think the second time you can not go through the full cycle, but I cooked for another hour).
  • 6) I add an egg to an almost finished hot dish - pre-beaten white and yolk.
  • Conclusion: it turned out - you will lick your fingers!

Onions, vegetables (even sautéed) and potatoes take longer to cook than fish, so it is advisable to cook them together with other additives almost until cooked, and cut fresh fish into large pieces (3x4 cm) and put in the last turn and bring to readiness, the fish is cooked quickly , and be sure to try with salt. And it should be mixed carefully so that the fish does not fall apart.
If the fish is in small pieces, it will quickly boil down into small pieces and the fishy taste will not be felt. The fish retains its taste in large chunks.
