Ingredients

Sourdough (I have rye, 100% moisture) 110 g
Water 110 ml
Margarine 25 g
Powdered milk 1.5 tsp.
Cottage cheese (I have 0.5% fat) 180 g
Sugar 2 tsp
Wheat flour 400 g
Flaxseed flour (can be replaced with wheat) 10 g
Bran a few pinches
Caraway pinch
Dried paprika flakes pinch
Dried basil 1 tsp
Fresh dill bunch
Dried onions (smoked?); Sorry, I don't know exactly in Russian handful
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking method
