Chocolate banana cupcake

Ingredients

Wheat flour 250 g
Cocoa powder 30 gr.
Sugar 250 g (I put 200)
Baking powder 1 tsp (put 1.5 tsp.)
Soda 1/4 tsp (did not put it at all)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Ripe bananas 3 pieces - knead
Eggs are large 2 pcs-beat (did not beat, just mixed with bananas)
Butter 120 g - melt
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Walnuts 55 gr. - chop (took almonds-85 gr.)
Chopped dark chocolate 85 gr. (I have heat-resistant dark chocolate droplets)

Cooking method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 180 gr. Oil and flour the bottom and sides of the rectangular shape.
  • 2. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • 3. In another bowl, stir together mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Place in a bowl of flour and stir. Add nuts and chocolate.
  • 4. Pour the dough into the prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Let cool, then remove from the mold.
  • 5. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Thank you so much, Baby !!!!! Firstly, I put bananas in business, which were already living out their last days! I report - the cake is awesome! Firstly, it is delicious, and secondly, it is done quickly and easily with pens. I even have it without nuts. It’s very tasty to smear something, I had nothing but scum right now. Probably, a cream cheese-based cream will do. Sugar put 250 - it seemed to us that less is not needed. Thanks for the recipe!
